I don't know what process was used on this fabric, but when I sweat outside or exercising it feels like the shirt is made of polyester. Other cotton shirts i have absorb the sweat, but this fabric almost seems to act as a barrier making it very uncomfortable during exertion.

I own about 8 of them over a period in 2020. It's not an inexpensive T-Shirt. Color, comfort and fit are not an issue. What is an issue is that the collar stretches out at the neck, and after a while you look like the guy in the tv commercial with the stretched out neck on the $5 shirt, which this isn't.

We ordered several tee shirts in different colors. Later we were informed that most of them are on back order. We should have been informed when we ordered. Also one one the 3 we got is quite a bit longer than the other 2. Actually we have not yet received the blue shirt pictured

I ordered 2 of these shirts for my husband & son to wear for work. They look great, wash great, & they fit is good. The problem with the shirts is they do not breathe. The guys were these & the sweat just rolls off & the shirt does not breathe. They do not like them for working in, but as a casual every day shirt they would be good just not to work in.

I am a large in every brand I buy but bought a large LL Bean and it is about 20% larger than all other brands I purchase so beware and you should try on before removing tags. I did not follow my own advise and feel I now have a shirt I'll never wear.

For many years I have purchased/worn LL Bean tees for home office and out/about as I live in Las Vegas and work from a home office. LL Bean polos are my go to for dress. Unfortunately for the past 2 years, the tees neck band become wrinkled like a cooked bacon strip. LL Bean replace 3 of my tees, no problem. But now the replacement tees and others that I have purchased recently have the same problem. The tees excluding the neck issue are just great as always. But the bacon strip neck makes them unwearable in public.

The T shirt is great. However I wish quality control had spotted the 1/2 in. tear in the back which had been sewn over.

I ordered 6 shirts on June 14. I received 5. Where is my coral gold colored shirt? How can I be happy with a purchase when it takes over a month (so far) to receive it!

Great well made shirt. Great material. However the neck is uncomfortable. I think it is because the elastic is quite thick and prominent and I feel it. Because of that I do not like wearing this shirt.

I ordered 4 of these shirts, and they all fit great. I agree with some reviewers that the necks are just a smidgen too tight. I would give these shirts a 5 * review if it were not for the fact that the Mustard color, which I had to wait for for a significant time, came with a blue ink dot on the front pocket. I could tell that it came from the little round size sticker they put on the front pocket. I put stain remover on it, and washed it, but it is in the fabric. Disappointing.

They (bought five) look great out of the package; wear great out of the package; have worn only two. Have laundered those two. Gray held up well. White waffled at the collar right away. Bummer.

I traditionally purchase XL for extra length, but this time I purchased a large. I'm glad that I did because it fits larger than most XL shirts I own

Disappointed in quality given the price and expectation - this shirt is the equivalent of basic white cotton undershirts. It's ok for working in the yard, fit is ok and the advertised unshrinkable claim panned out. Still I would not buy again.

I like these t-shirts my only complaint is the lack of consistency in the size. I have been ordering these t-shirts for more years then I can remember. No two ever fit the same. Example: my dark grey ss shirt is a little short in length. The light grey were fine. The white were both great, crew and b neck. My green v neck is on the small size overall. Navy, black both good. Two LS greys are different lengths, bought a few week apart. Like I said. Lack of consistency.

The t-shirts fit well and look nice when you first receive them. However, after wearing and washing for a year the neck starts looking like fried bacon. Also, the white t-shirts start looking off-white pretty quickly.

Of any extra large shirt I ever bought, this one has the smallest neck opening ever. It fits too tight against my throat. Extra large I my right size, my neck is only 17", so I have no idea why this is cut differently around the neck. The rest - shoulders, waist, etc is perfect. The material is great, nice cotton, not too heavy and definitely not thin. I might try an XXL, but I think it would be too big everywhere else. I didn't see a V-neck WITH a pocket, which is a must for me.

I ordered the shirts based on the description as to size. They significantly larger than anticipated based on the offered size carts.

The quality is great and fit is right on but the color "Clover" that I received is not the color used in the description on the website. Disappointing as i had ordered 2 of this color as I had thought the advertised color was just what I was looking for!

We've probably purchased 20 t-shirts over the years from LL Bean. We joke that these are my husband's "dress T-shirts" - until they get too old and then they're work shirts. Almost all of the t-shirts we've purchased wear like iron and keep their shape regardless of the number of wearings, washings, and ironings. However, this one particular t-shirt has become "warped". It is like cheap t-shirts in that the front and back no longer align.
The green and blue t-shirts were both purchased at the same time. You can see from the pictures that the green one appears to have been cut on the bias in that the side seams are no longer in alignment. The blue one is still perfectly in alignment. This is what we've come to expect of an LL Bean t-shirt. I've tried to indicate the problem areas with red rectangles or, in the case of the blue one, how nice it still looks.
I'm not looking for a credit although a replacement t-shirt would be wonderful. I just wanted to let you know that somewhere along the line something didn't go correctly to hold up LL Bean's legacy.

I bought 3 Unshrinkable tee-shirts to use with pajama pants.
These replaced some older models whose necks finally started to wear out after 20 years.
For some reason or other, I think I remember the tee-shirt side seams as folded, taped and double seamed. The new version are cheaply serged together.
On the plus side, the price has not increased significantly, so I remain neutral about the product.
Although I would not recommend them, this again, is merely my being cautious

We purchased 3 shirts. Followed laundry directions carefully. The black shirt shrank so much that moving his arms exposes his belly, even though we bought the extra tall size.
