For over 20 years I have bought SMALL T-shirts from Bean that have fir me perfectly. The Small T-shirts that I bought this time seem quite large on my frame and very long in the tail. Have you changed suppliers or is my age -related shrinking more that I would like to admit?

Good quality tee. Nice colors. Sometimes when I first put it on though, I feel it's on backwards; neck is a little restrictive. But then it's fine, you get used to it.

Extra large ran so large had to exchange for large. Not true to size. It's a hassle when sizing is not accurate.

Weird that water beads up on the fabric. What is the cotton treated with? PFAs? Also the size was too big.

Fit comfort and durability are good, but the dark colors fade too soon.
Always wash in cold and dry low heat. Have tried diferent top brand detergents. Black and Navy still fade after a few washings.

I have been an LLBean fan for many years. I have always purchased my T-shirts from them as they have been made of substantial quality material, keep their shape and always fit true to size. I recently purchased two new T-shirts from them and was disappointed to find that the material was lighter weight and not well fitted. From the beginning the shirts had shape and size issues and after one wearing the collars lost their shape. I have set them aside to wear for yard work as they are not really nice enough for casual wear. I will continue to shop with LLBean but when it comes to T-shirts I now have second thoughts. I felt these shirts were not to LLBean's past quality standards.

The large was too big and the medium was too small. Both were to long.

Large is more like a XL. Had to return. Order one size down.

Fabric is very soft, and a high thread count I suspect, was hoping for a fabric with more body to it. Also not crazy about the colors, a bit too pastel. The shirts are made very well though and excellent quality, fit is good unlike many brands these days

Loved the fit and color. The only drawback was the fabric/color of a small portion on the back of the shirt looked as though it was a bit tie-dyed. Not sure if I might have done it in the wash or it came that way.

Bought 2. One was an inch plus longer than the other.

Great shirt but very poor color selection. They have nothing in brown or dark green. It seems these colors are chosen by whatever the latest fashion is but L.L. Bean is a conservative traditional company that should have colors that go with walking in the woods. Like I said dark green, brown, earthtones.

The tee necks seem to not hold their shape as well as shirts I purchased in the past. They also seem to stretch some.

Very well made and fits well. However more suited for cooler weather as it does not wick perspiration.

Inventory seems to be an issue. Too months to get these. Ordered some pants two weeks ago the are coming (I hope) by the end of July. I have difficulty planing that far out but other vendors are shipping more promptly.

I bought 5 of these several years ago and it fits great and feels great. My only problem with the tee is the collar, they got bacon neck after 5 or 6 months which really takes away from the look

The material feels very comfortable. Sadly the XL was ginormous and the L was little, so I'll never get to wear one.

I've always fit perfectly into medium tops regardless of source. Current purchase seemed to be much larger than standard mediium LL Bean Tee's I've purchased in the past.

I ordered this shirt in a size 2X-Tall for my guy who is 6' 5" and weighs 250. The shirt isn't any longer than a regular shirt on him. The material feels nice but the length was disappointing.

the shirt itself is excellent-my beef is with the label on the collar-it seems to hold up OK on the dark colored tee shirts-but I have light colored ones that the label has disappeared after just a few months-this make getting the shirt on correctly more time consuming then it should be

I wanted a good quality tee shirt that fits snugly. This one is good quality but too baggy -- "relaxed fit" Stretch fabric is the answer, but LL Bean doesn't offer stretch tee shirts.

I purchased five of these shirts in various colors. I opened the package when it arrived and the shirts are extremely big. It is more like an extra large or bigger. Of course, I tried to wash and dry the unshrinkable shirts, which did not work, because they lived up to their name. I ordered the shirts per the size chart on the item page. Just money wasted on t-shirts I will never be able to wear. Order a size down and you might get the accurate size.

The sizing runs large. My shirts are huge. Hope they will shrink in time.
