Am ordering the fifth or sixth short sleeve tee with pocket for my husband. He likes to have a pocket for his sunglasses or mechanical pencil and a pocketed tee is rare. But more importantly is how these shirts look and wear; even after many washings, they stay fresh and new looking, color true, and without pilling. Thanks for always having new colors to choose from. These, along with the wrinkle free sport and dress shirts are always a Best Buy in this house.

When you are set in your ways, you have to have an LLBean in your life. We had far too many "bucket necks" that stretched out horribly with previous brands. This brand provides lasting good looks and is well worth the price. ( Written by wife of fifty years for her favorite curmudgeon.)

I really hate to see that you have so few classic tee,s. The newer shirts you have don't give that easily and they get those little pills, or balls on them after a few washings. I had bought my husband two in the past and he did not like them at all. He said they were not comfortable. The color selection was great a few years ago, now very limited in the classic solid. Please bring back the Origional Classic tee,s. They were awesome.

My size was out recently and after purchasing two about 6 months ago, I became a fan of this t-shirt. Absolutely 5 star. It was worth the wait.

Was reluctantly forced to replace some t shirts from another company but no longer available. I ordered 3 of these and once I tried them on, I ordered another 3. These are very comfortable.The cotton is very soft!!! Unlike some cotton that is stiff, this is just the opposite. Some reviews did recommend going with the next larger size, so I did that. I ordered Large and it is working out perfectly. The sleeves come down to my elbow, thus hiding my bulging biceps. lol I do usually purchase a medium for my 5'7" frame. Come out of the washer and dryer good.

These are great tee shirts. Fabric nice and tight. Holds up well to washings. True to size and colors. Bought four of them. My husband loves pocket tees. Shirts do not shrink in dryer. Very comfortable fit my husband says.

FINALLY--a t-shirt with a reasonably snug-fitting neck (instead of a gaping barrel-ring), sleeves that reach the elbow (instead of barely covering the shoulders), and a comfortably loose fit through the chest and waist (instead of a form-fitting sausage skin). Also this t-shirt is truly unshrinkable, and fits like new after a dozen machine wash-and-dries. Congratulations, L.L. Bean!

After years of wearing other name brand t-shirts I tried a couple of these. The best,most comfortable shirt I have ever worn! They last a long time and get better with age. Wash on warm or cold and the color holds up well. All my other brands of T-shirts are now used as shop rags...lol! For the last couple of years these are the only T I have bought and have a drawer full.

Have two of these and expecting a third. Really nice shirt, just as they indicated. They don't shrink and fit great. The thing I am most impressed with is that water just beads up and runs off. I didn't expect this, I don't know how long this will last, but was pleasantly surprised!

I ordered two of these shirts fairly recently and they are both great! The quality of the shirts is very good and they fit fine. I'm 6'4", 200lbs and an XL works fine. I'll definitely be ordering more of these and the colors are great. Thanks L.L. Bean!!

This tee shirt is my husband's summer "uniform." He has them in a number of colors and they are the only shirts he wears --unless he has a meeting/we're going out to dinner/etc. They look great, are comfortable and long-lasting. Who could ask for anything more!

...some finally wore out, some got unwashably dirty. So, by now I've resupplied 100% in the light colors. They're tough, they wash out superbly, last a few years, fade just a little bit, don't shrink. The usual fatal stain is from hot olive oil spattered out of the frying pan. Now I wear a shop apron in the kitchen or doing greasy chores. These are my daily warm weather shirts for chores.

These are among the best Bean products that I've bought in recent memory. They are so comfortable and cool! Great colors! Also half-dressy under a sweater. I have a dozen or more long and short sleeve shirts plus Henleys, in lots of colors. They are perfect in every way.

Shirt is great and husband has several, but use caution on the color Clover. It is not as muted as shown. Actual shirt is brighter and more intense. Others may like the actual color but we don't. Returning all 4 that we ordered. Hoping for more muted and subdued colors next year. But please keep the pocket!

My Husband, a welder for the railroad, LOVES these shirts. I order them for him to work in. They are durable and do not shrink. Yay!

SO comfortable and impossible to shrink or stain. Superb craftsmanship. I could wear this shirt every day!

It is true, the Tshirt does not shrink or fade and they last forever. My husband is very fussy and likes a pocket with his tshirt so this is a plus also. Thanks MRS TJ

I love the tee shirt quality and durability. After trying and wearing most other name brands I tried the LLBean tee's and they are great. One caution. When ordering a color the online color shown is not true to what it is actually. The named color that shows "tidal blue" is actually turquoise. I always used black or white so never had a color problem. With colors be careful and forewarned. (GAD)

My husband LOVES this shirt! they are very comfortable, do not lose their coloring...the pocket is a must for him and most other shirts the pocket is the first thing to lose its stitching but not this shirt. We have this in four different colors already...

My husband loves this shirt. Wears t-shirts and 501's everyday to work. All his shirts have to have pockets, some newer shirts have smaller pockets, this pocket is larger to fit his guy stuff. He is a carpenter by trade.

I have some that are very old and the first thing that wears out is the neck ban. Other wise they are great!

So many good things to say about this tee... The cut and fit is perfect, the weight of the shirt is perfect - it is substantial yet still light and breathable enough to be comfortable when it's warm outside. The neck is durable and seems like it will never stretch or lose shape. The color is deep and after several washes it's still held it's original depth of color. The pocket is well sewn. Next to the Crazy Shirts I own, this is the best tee I've worn (I rank the Crazy Shirts a little higher due to the graphics/designs available. I like these shirts so much I just ordered several more short and long sleeve tees.

Ive brought other pocket T shirts and they we not half as nice as this,its soft,bright in color and true to size,I know where ill be buying all my pocket shirts.LL Bean

I have been wearing these T-shirts, with pocket, for over 25 years. I will not buy another brand. They are rugged, and they have lasted me five to six years wearing them all the time. I live in rough Montana weather, I drive a snow plow occasionally, and these are a perfect undershirt in winter, and an outer shirt in summer.

Love these t-shirts. I live in louisiana and sweat is part of the summer time picture. these shirts actuall hide the drips inside and still are comfortable and cool. I wish i could afford them all.
