Used for golf as a layer on a cold windy day. Kept the wind out. Loose fitting enough to swing a golf club but a little short and tended to ride up in the back. I"m 6" tall and could have used a "Tall" which was not available.

I like it its very light and easy to wear, I bought it to replace another one that was insulated with Thinsulate, it was very warm. This one is lined with fleece that's not as warm, but I still like it, my wife told me to send it back, but I decided to keep it, but I won't buy another one online.

Overall nice Jacket. Maybe it could be a big warmer, but it's OK. I like that it's not one of those "collar up" jackets, which I don't prefer at all.

Great coat. I just wish it had a collar to turn up in the wind

Nice well made jacket, but too many LL Bean tags. I took them off.

This is really a two season jacket (Spring / Summer). It is definitely not insulated for Fall in the North East. This is more like an outer shell layer for the Fall season. Great color way combination thought!

The cuffs are too loose to hold the sleeve at the wrist where it belongs, causing the sleeve to fall to midpalm and make the entire jacket look sloppy and ill conceived. Otherwise, this is a quality product, exactly what I was looking for in a lightweight, 3 season jacket.

First, the good. I like the overall look of the jacket, especially the baseball collar, which I would like to see on more jackets and pullovers, rather than the currently fashionable stand-up collars. The shell material is comfortable and seems fairly rugged. Good cuffs and waist. The cut is straight and doesn't make you look like the Michelin man any more than you already do. The two provisos: 1. The soft lining is confined to the torso. That means no insulation in the arms or pockets, which is a big mistake in my book. I suspect that LLBean was trying to cut costs, and it comes at a price in terms of the jacket's comfort and warmth. 2. These jackets are sized small-- definitely order a size up from what you normally wear. I usually wear a large, but thank goodness I read other reviews and ordered an XL.

The jacket is light and warm. It is excellent quality. Perfect for traveling. With 4 L. L. Bean logos on the front and sides and1 inside on the back no one wonders where it came from. Perhaps 2 L.L.Bean logos on the front and sides would suffice.

Nice style and look. Why have you stopped carrying button-down dress shirts? Miss them!

The jacket was good quality the only problem there was no sleeve lining. During 55 deg. day in the sun your arms would sweat. In the evening same temperature your arms would freeze.

Great design, texture, and style. I wish it was slightly more tapered and fitted. A little large in the sleeves and cuffs.

Nicely made. The sleeves are longer than I'm accustomed to in size LL B's large.

The jacket is excellent. The reason for only four stars is the addition of too many logos.

Recipient of the gift loves this jacket, easy to get on and off. Plus it is waterproof at least in light rain

Nice jacket for medium weather. But too much LL Bean advertising on it. I had to remove the LL Bean labels from all the zippers and cut off the label on the front of the jacket. I like LL Beans products, but don't want to be their billboard.

The jacket is well made, and a good weight for 40 degrees F and above. The one negative is the snug fit, especially under the arms.

Great lightweight jacket for down to mid 40s temps with a layer or two underneath. BUT the cheap logo is much too prominent and should be substituted for one of your more understated versions. Good news is you can remove logo with fairly minimal evidence. Also, would be great to offer it in a neutral beige color.

Bought it for a trip abroad and it worked out perfectly. Good quality, well made and warm enough that when the wind was blowing, I was comfortable. Temps in mid 50F.

Nice jacket but way too much advertising on the garment. L L Bean logos on the left chest, front zipper & each of the 2 side pockets. Will remove the 2 labels from the pockets before I wear it.

I wanted a jacket for slightly cold weather and wind. It had to fit snuggly. This jacket did it. However, I needed to check it out in the store, because I didn't know which 3 seasons it was for. Turns out summer, not winter was one of the seasons, and that is fine for me. My only complaint about the jacket is the LL Bean label. I don't like being an advertisement.

Liked the jacket but I am not happy with having to pay for shipping it back. Your sizing chart was way off as my measurements fell into the large size and that's what I ordered and was way to tight. I also saw where about 30 percent were returned because of being to small.
