Nice simple fleece hoodie. Fabric is a bit fluffy. I expect it to pill or pull sooner rather than later.

Very cozy and warm. Cut a little small. Worth it if you order up one size.

Very nice feel and look but looser fit than expected

My husband did like the color of this sweatshirt. However, I felt that the weight of the material came up short and was not as warm as I had expected. It definitely does not have the same weight as another type of sweatshirt with the same look which we have several of.

There is much to like about this fleece. It's soft and stylish. Warm but not too warm. However, I do wish it had a draw string around the waste, as I'm afraid it's developing that stretched out look around the bottom. And despite it being a 'tall' size it's not all that tall - it barely sits below my belt (I'm 6'2"). Overall, it's a good fleece. Just wish it had these couple improvements.

My husband loved everything about this pullover except the sleeve length. He routinely buys tall sizes so we were expecting similar sizing. The sleeves were too long so we regrettably returned it.

This is cozy and looks great! However, the sleeves are a few inches too long. I saw another review where L.L.Bean replied that outerwear tends to have longer sleeves due to layering, but this pullover is thin enough that you wouldn't be layering it over more than a shirt. Even if I put a thick sweater underneath the sleeves would still be too long. In the very least, they could have made the cuffs snugger so that the sleeves wouldn't fall over the hands, so as to accommodate different heights/arm lengths. The cuff is stretchy enough that this would still work even if it was layered over other clothing. Almost perfect, but not quite.

Would rate it a 5 but nothing is perfect. Though this pullover is about as close as it can get!!

I bought the red color in January. It's very warm, comfortable and well made, It's one of few fleeces on the market that has an appropriate body length (it doesn't have an overly long body length designed for men over 6 feet tall in size medium). Unfortunately, it does have sleeves that are at least 3 inches too long. They must be 36" or longer. The sleeve material is thick and this is a cold weather garment so rolling up the sleeves is impractical, looks disheveled and defeats the purpose of wearing a warm garment. I try turning the sleeves back under a few inches but this is difficult because of the cheap elastic band around the wrists. Why do manufacturers insist on making the body and sleeves overly long on these those of garments? 90% of men are below 6 feet tall. Nowadays, many people wear things like this to work or social gatherings and don't want it to look sloppy. Well made and I would buy it again in a different color (if they were ever in stock). But please do something about the sleeve length.

Comfortable good fit. I am a 6'2" 250# man and wear an XL tall size. This is warm without being too hot. This is a traditional style fleece fabric. L.L. Bean needs to update their description of the multiple different types and weights of Fleece with close up pics of all the material types. I had to go the the store in person to see the difference before I ordered.

Nice quality fleece but seemed a little short and boxy

Fantastic pullover. Quite warm and I love the pouch. However the neck/collar is a bit too tall.

The size was not quite as large as I thought. Otherwise it looked great on him but since he's only 14 he might not be able to wear it necpxt year

Very warm fleece! I am 5 ft 9 in and the torso is about 1.5 inches too short but the sleeves are a good length.

Very disappointed in the quality. Always expected good products from L. L. Bean. Not this time. Nor did it fit well in the body for a 'tall'.

Nice garment at half price. Elastic in cuffs way too loose.

This is a nice fleece jacket but it short so order a tall.

Light and work but didn't like the collar. Flimsy and the collar was 2 pieces.

I'm kind of between sizes and went with extra large, and it's definitely extra large. But I'll wear it over something else, and will know I'll have plenty of room. (But maybe I should have gone with large.) It's very fleecy!

Love the pullover with its vibrant color, warmth, and versatility. My only complaint is that it did not have a cinch at the waist.

I wish it had a breast pocket. Other than that it is great!!!
