I have a narrow heel and generally require a rather narrow shoe. These are the best purchase I have ever made. I can lace the shoe up so that it is tight or loose wherever I wish and then zip the shoe on and forget it. These are very comfortable. I am 4 weeks post op back surgery and the shoe has helped me keep my posture as it should be. I love these so much that I have purchased the two other colors also - though they were not available on Zappos. I am thrilled- especially since they are water resistant leather also. Best find!!!

This is my second pair of these shoes. I wore the first pair so much last year that my friends thought they were the only winter shoes I had. They are one of the most comfortable shoes I have owned. I would highly recommend them.

Very well-made boot. It is my second pair of Rieker boots, super comfortable.

I've worn Reiker boots for many years and I ordered my usual size, EU 38 US 7-7.5. I'm almost always a US 7.5-8, medium width for reference. The shoes look very nice on and seem cozy warm and comfortable. The length has a little bit of room on the toe area, but the shoe is rather narrow. I had difficulty zipping the left shoe and couldn't zip the right shoe. I even waited to see if the suede had a little bit of give after warming up from the cold and tried opening and closing the zipper a few times off my foot. I'd say I was wearing socks with medium thickness. It may have worked with thinner socks, but unfortunately these shoes are for colder days.

Great shoe, fun and very comfortable. Unfortunately, they are just too big. I have a narrow foot and the shoe is too wide and long for me.

So comfortable and cozy. The laces allow me to adjust for a perfect fit while the zipper gives me quick in and out of the shoes.

I love these boots. Unfortunately they were too small, so I had to return. They are sold out of my size, hoping for a restock!

Wear an 8.5 and the EU 40 fit perfectly. Cute and comfy—love em!

Love this shoe! I have a narrow heel, too, and these have been fabulous! These also stay pretty dry and warm in poor weather conditions. It can be a little too warm for an everyday boot.

I have a very narrow ankle and have trouble finding boots that fit -- these are great! At first the tongue of the shoe felt bothersome, but that quickly went away. My only complaint is that the shoes aren't very breathable and my feet overheat in them after a period of time, particularly when indoors.

I really wanted to like and the keep these booties but the sizing was very OFF and they were so flat and not comfortable. As a rule, I LOVE Rieker/Remonte shoes
