i bought these for general workout, yoga, cardio, walking running and weights. they are great . comfortable and a good length for me. i have been this size in leggings/shorts from SB for years and the fit never changes which is amazing and excellent. These have become reliable and trustworthy on sizing.

Bought for running; love my power leggings and wanted some thing similar but shorter for summer. These are perfect.

I wear these running and they are so comfortable and practical. Great pockets for tissues, keys and gloves (after I've warmed up). Bought this colour to go with my Ilford AC club vest so I can now wear them at races too.

Absolutely love the power leggings so naturally had to try some of the famous power shorts as well. Did not disappoint, I stuck with the 9in even though I am quite small and they still fit lovely, the material is super flattering and you've got a good choice of colours as well. Would recommend! #teamsweatybetty

Perfect running shorts. I feel secure running in these and nothing rubs. Most importantly they don't roll up. Some people say they come up smaller than regular powers but I got the same size and they are perfect.

These shorts are perfect for cycling or running longer distances

I bought these for running as feel I need a little more control and length rather than traditional running short and these are perfect for that.

I bought these shorts last year when they didn't have the phone pocket. Now that defect (ha-ha) has been fixed these are perfect!! I have been blessed with strong thighs so my legs rub together - these ensure I'm not chaffing. They are lightweight and honestly, you can forget you're wearing them. Superb waist band. I'm buying more!!

Bought these shorts for the gym. As a more mature gym user I feel very comfortable in these. They are the perfect length. They are possibly not as good quality as previous power purchases but I will reserve judgement and see how well they wear

Great quality and decent shorts but I didn't find these the most flattering - I ended up returning and getting a high waisted pair of the power shorts instead

Same size that I usually buy in SB leggings. Crotch too tight & shows everything. Disappointing.

It is good the only thing l have to say it is quite expensive to do shopping regularly.
