Just purchased this jacket and wore it out for a walk. Temp was 30s and was afraid I would be cold. No worries! It was perfect even with moderate exercise! I wore a pretty heavy sweater underneath and it fit well with plenty of room. I would recommend it for sure!

Fit is excellent for me- I can layer a t shirt or other piece underneath, and its not too bulky to wear under a heavier coat on cold days. Love the hood- it fits right down around my forehead and face and really stops the wind. Pocket on the front is just right to carry my cell phone when I'm walking. I'm a rural mail carrier, so in/out a lot, and it's working out really well for me. Plan to purchase the lighter weight style for spring/summer.

The more I wear this jacket, the more I love it. I ordered a Petite XL in blue. I am short and stocky. The jacket is a bit big, however, I wanted the option for extra layers underneath. It is the perfect weight for southeastern NC winter weather. The jacket blocks the wind well and the color is true to the catalog picture. At first, I was concerned that the jacket does not have a zippered pouch in the front. Today, I found a secret zippered pocket (small sized for keys) inside the front pouch. Awesome! I was also concerned that the hood did not have drawstrings to close. Once the jacket is fully zipped, the hood wraps perfectly and does not need drawstrings. Bonus! My only downfall with the jacket is the front pouch - where you might warm your hands. This sits quite low and the openings are large making it hard to keep hands warm. On the positive side, the pouch openings are generous and it's easy to stash the dog's leash, a pair of mittens, etc. I am extremely satisfied with this purchase and confident in LL Bean's quality that this jacket will last for years to come.

I got this to wear around the house, out for workouts, etc. It is my new favorite and most versatile piece of clothing. I literally live in it. I love it so much that I immediately ordered a second one in another color. Warm enough to keep you warm, but it breathes. And it's very lightweight. Love it!

Ordered an extra large and it was a little tight since I wanted to wear a sweatshirt underneath. Returned it and got a bigger size. It is perfect. Very easy returns also.

This is a great solution to the question...what do I wear today? It is perfect with just a light shirt underneath in just about any weather. If more warmth is needed, a sweater or polar fleece underneath does the trick! I ordered a size Large because I am bigger through the hips and I wanted it to be loose. Despite my concern that it would be too big in the upper part, it is not. Super style and fit! And I LOVE the little zipper pocket in the kangaroo pouch; perfect for stashing my phone!

I received my jacket as a Christmas gift. I did not try it on before it was purchased, and I was very pleased that the jacket was true to size. I do not like a heavy winter coat, so this pull-over jacket is perfect for me, even when the temps drop below 20 degrees F. I love the kangaroo front pocket, and there is a hood if I forget my hat! My only complaint is that I wish it was just a little bit longer in length.

I wanted to wear this underneath my Winter Warmer jacket for additional warmth and originally ordered my usual size Large. Way, way way too big to wear as a layer! Returned it and ordered a medium which fits perfectly, both as an inner and outer layer. I think Primaloft is hands down the warmest synthetic insulation out there and this pullover does not disappoint. The hood keeps in so much body heat and I am warm as toast walking dogs outside in windy weather. I am very pleased with this purchase.

I live in Michigan and bought this for a winter trip to New York and for outdoor events here. It worked great. The size runs a bit big. This is a medium, but I'd still have had plenty of room for a large sweater and under shirt in a small. There are adjustments in the waist and hood, a zippered pocket for credit cards in the pouch, and not-too-tight tapered wrists. I think I'll order another in blue!

I bought this to wear like a sweatshirt while lounging but it's so warm I've been wearing as my jacket. Very light weight and warm. A great item

Love the red color, bright and cheery. I bought the medium because I like things roomy. It is perfect, not too big and bulky, but not tight and uncomfortable. lots of compliments and i wear it all the time. Live in Michigan and if it gets too cold, I use this under my snow jacket as an extra layer. It is wonderful.

This pullover is perfect. It is comfortable, warm, and nicely made. I do not have any complaints. I ordered a large and I can wear a t-shirt or even a sweatshirt under it and it is not to tight. The fit is great and it is warm. I would recommend this pullover for sure.

This coat was something I wanted for walking in the chilly weather !! I love it, it is light weight comfortable and keeps the wind out! The color is amazing , I have a friend who got the same coat and we both just love it! I have gotten lots of compliments on this coat! Thank you for such a great coat !!

I have been looking for a pullover like this! It was on sale and so much cheaper (than the brand I was going to buy, but looks just as great!) Fits really well, not too tight or too boxy. I ended up sizing down. Good in light rain and snow. Comfortable and warm!

Love this pullover. Ordered a 3X, it's big, should have ordered a 2X. Decided to keep. Wanted for a golf retreat in AL, didn't have time to reorder. Excellent for what I wanted.

I love this parka! I typically wear an xlarge, but wanted to be able to wear sweatshirts/sweaters under and still have room, so I ordered the plus 1x. Perfect size for me to layer....however, while shopping with a friend a few months later, we were in the store, so I tried on a different color in the regular xlg, and that fit me more true to size, but with a bit more snug around the hip area. Moral of the story, I'm glad I sized up for layering purposes! I wore this the whole time in Ireland's end of April weather (cool and rainy 40-55 degrees) and this was perfect for walking, and hiking everywhere. Super comfortable, warm, and kept me dry the whole time!

I love this lightweight pullover. It's perfect for walks or hikes on cool fall days. My 20-something daughter came home for a visit and "borrowed" it for the entire weekend, so I ordered another one for her!

This is my go-to, throw it on over jeans or yoga pants, head to the game, wear anywhere jacket. I loved it so much, I bought a second (red & navy). The inner zipper pocket is great for my debit card & keys. The weight is perfect for fall with a LS tee underneath, or winter, with a sweater. I'm a bit busty, so I went with a L...I could have gone with a M, but prefer the option to layer (which I can, without looking too bulky). It stands up in light rain, wind and chilly temps, here in the Midwest. This is a staple for this busy mom-on-the-go. It has held up beautifully with daily use for two seasons and it washes beautifully. (I always hang it to dry, just in case.) You need this workhorse in your closet. ;)

My husband has one and wears it all of the time. . . and so do other family members when it is available. It is the perfect mid-season pullover and is great to wear because it is both warm and light weight. We now own 2 of them and will likely need another!

I recently wore this as a top layer in the rain while salmon fishing in Alaska. It kept me warm and dry. It was very lightweight and easy to pack.

I cant wait for cool weather! This fits perfectly and I love the pockets. I got it a little big as I want to wear long sleeved shirts with it. I don't normally buy jackets without a full zipper - ones that have to go over my head. This jacket fits in all the right places and is easy to take on and off over my head.

I read a lot of reviews that said this jacket runs large. I was worried about what size to get but went with my usual medium and glad I did as it fits perfectly.
