I'm short & port. The petite sleeves are too long for me. Otherwise, it's a very cute jacket, but unfortunately about 1.5 inch longer than another company in the same size. I was hoping to completely switch of brands, but I guess I'm sticking with the one mostly works. Also was not allowed to pick the correct size range below. I guess I just think if you have arms that long, you would be better served by regular. Petite should be for the truly height challenged like me. I'm bitter today. I really wanted this to work out. I thought about sizing down, but that's also 20 lbs down and the struggle is real - especially after knee problems.

Good colors but sloppy feeling. There is no taper at the waist so the coat just kind of hangs off of you. Nice lightweight feel and good for mild winter weather. Got the medium so I could layer underneath but wish I'd gotten the small.

It was cute and felt warm but it ran small even after sizing up based on reviews. Had to return it

I really love this jacket. I have sadly lost 2 sets of keys and a phone wearing it. If I forget to snap on the pocket, things fall out when I sit down. So great jacket but bummer pocket design. This has ended up being a rather expensive jacket for me at the end of the day.

The style is cool, the XL size fits TTS for 16 w/room for a light sweater, without being too tight in the shoulders, chest or hips. Good fit although somewhat boxy. But the beigish color is pretty blah in person, and more importantly there are many channels for tufts that seem completely unfilled. I don't love it enough to go get it puffed up somewhere, so I am returning. Sad because I am in a mild climate and based on reviews I was ready to accept "not that warm," but no filling whatsoever is not going to be helpful in 50-60 degree weather either.

Wore it at 30 degree weather was outside an hour. Took me a day to warm up after think I might need heavier jacket for next winter. Love the color.

Very thin material with hardly any that I didn't expect. I have the warmer jacket in the style with a hood in a different color which I love. Just thought it would have a little thicker lining.I didn't expect it to be the same as the hooded jacket but thought it would have more substance. Unfortunately, I brought it back.

I really wanted to like this jacket. But in the end, even after getting the smallest size possible, the jacket is not flattering on me. It's shapeless and the sleeves are too wide/puffy. This jacket needs to be more fitted to flatter.

The coat was pretty and looked exactly like it said but it was so small. I can usually wear a 1x or a 2x with a sweater underneath. I got a 2x and couldn't even zip it.

I saw this in the catalogue and mentioned to my husband that it reminded me of a ski parka that I'd had as a kid that I really loved. He bought it for me as a Christmas surprise.
I didn't expect it to be so thin, not really a "puffer" jacket IMO. But - I still like it. It is so retro as others have said. I'm in California so it's a great light jacket for the warmer winter, fall & spring days and the color block is just right. It fits well and is warmer than it looks.

I love the colors of this coat so much, however the fit isn't right. I ordered my usual size, it was fairly roomy throughout but the chest was so tight and I'm small chested to begin with. I returned for another style.

Cute colors but the fit was too relaxed for me. Arms were very wide from the shoulder to elbow. Not very form fitting. I expected a more sporty fit.

This fits very boxy. I was hoping it would be more form-fitting.

Review for Zappos VIP Points(What's this?)
I really liked this jacket. The colors were a bit darker and earthier than the picture but would be perfect for fall. I am a 3x and the 3x was a bit too small and snug in the arms. I could not zip it and the arms were tight. No way to fit a sweater under the jacket. I suggest sizing up if you purchase the taupe version. If you have wider arms, this jacket may not be for you.

I really like the colors and the retro look! I am 5'1" and 115 lbs. and the Petite S was way too big. Petite XS is still a little wide on me. What I would love to see: Zippered side pockets (rather than snaps) and inside pockets! The actual side pockets are a little small for my cell phone and wallet, and I don't trust the snaps to keep everything in.

I loved the fit and feel of the jacket. Unfortunately, I just didn't like the look of the color blocking on me, so I returned it. I'll wait for a solid color to go on sale.

Very cute but too lightweight- more like a windbreaker than a puffer

It's a nice jacket....but a little too light-weight to be labeled as a "puffer"; there is really nothing puffy about it.
I do like the colors and the retro vibe, but I think it's way too pricey, for what it's is.
I also am becoming very disappointed in LLBean after being a loyal customer of over 40 years. Seems almost all of their merchandise is imported; unlike the "Made in USA" that they have prided themselves on since 1912. I hope that one day LLBean will revisit their mission.

For a plus size jacket, the arms don't seem to match. They are too tight which isn't consistent with the sizing of 2x. My size is between a 1x and 2x, and my arms aren't abnormally big for my size. The coat itself is very good looking.

The jacket was ill-fitting - at first I thought they may have shipped a "tall." Ordered the same size in petite and the length of the torso and sleeves is much better. I'm not crazy about how the wrists are finished and for the price I think it should have zippered pockets (or an internal pocket at least), but this color scheme is so rare among women's clothes that I'll keep it nonetheless.

Arms are too tight. Otherwise very comfortable and lightweight while still being warm. Super cute colors. Pockets are capacious and have a handy snap to keep things from falling out. The arms are just insanely tight though.
