The jacket is so light and packable.i wear mine with a thermal or light flannel when walking dog during cold windy days.so great.i have never own an ll bean products except 2 wool sweaters.i love this jacket!!!

I needed a lighter weight jacket for those days in Virginia that are cool but not cold enough for a heavier coat: this one is exactly what I was looking for. Fits perfectly and is just right for multiple seasons. I read previous reviews that said it was not warm enough: that's why it's labeled as a jacket instead of a coat. For size reference, I am 5'7"/175 and purchased XL: it fits well and sleeve length was okay (some LLB items in XL have sleeves that are too long).

Very comfortable & cute lightweight jacket. At first I thought it might be too large from reading the reviews, but it is true to size for me. I can wear a big sweatshirt or sweater comfortably under it. In the pic, the zipper on the black jacket is very shiny. In real life I was pleased to see it is not shiny but a matte look.

This is a great jacket for 30-50 degree weather. I have the winter warmer coat (which I love) but I needed something that would work for cold mornings, with a gradual warm up in the afternoon. This is it! Very light weight, but don't let that fool you it's way warmer than it feels like it will be. It fits very well. I am 5'6", 140 lb, 36" bust and I purchased a small. Sleeves are a good length and overall it just looks nice.

So comfortable and stylish! The Mountain Classic puffer jacket is just one step above your traditional casual puffer jacket in style. It's a little bit longer in length and not too puffy. I have this jacket in three colors - gunmetal grey, sienna brick and shore sand. I feel this jacket runs just a little bit on the large side. I am 5'5", weigh 135 pounds and bought size small. I can still fit a fairly heavy top or thin top and zip up exercise jacket under it.

I live in Maine and I am a travel nurse currently in the Southwest. I forgot my LLBean vest and ordered this jacket. The color is beautiful, fit is great, and it will carry me through very warmly the whole winter here.
