I've had many people say how flattering this looks. Feels great on. Love it and was very happy from the moment I opened the package.

Every time I wear this jacket, I get so many compliments. I even bought one in a different color for my best friend for her birthday and she said it was one of her favorite gifts. It's definitely one of my favorite jackets and I even wear it for when it's raining. As long as it's not a torrential downpour, it resists the rain quite well. Would highly recommend buying it if you are on the fence about it! Forgot to mention, that I was able to buy mine from the original LLB store in Maine. Was a great souvenir if you ask me!

This is the perfect lightweight jacket to wear alone or layer over a sweatshirt which is what I did on a recent trip to Maine. This jacket is the perfect layering piece.

This is the perfect weight jacket for chilly nights or blustery days. It blocks the wind and has a texture that is soft which keeps the chill off of your skin. It feels so good that I forget I'm even wearing a jacket. And I get lots of compliments on the look.

I own two of these jackets from many years ago - at least 25 years or more. Both were over-the-head type, which was great (and still is), but having a zipper version is just perfect.

I say true to size because I want to layer my clothes, for a weekend in Missouri you will need to pack a coat, boots shorts and flipflops and you may wear all of them the same day. This jacket is big enough and the sleeves are big enough to put a sweatshirt underneath,. It's plenty long for someone my height but ok.

Love the feel of the coat and especially like the way it makes you feel.

This is a great all-purpose jacket for spring, fall and those occasional chilly or rainy days here in New England. Not a rain jacket per se, but works well during light rain showers since it has a hood. very comfortable, nice fabric, washes up well and doesn't fade. Great for walking, hiking, and casual bike trips.

I bought this coat knowing that it would be just a thin layer to wear over a T-shirt. The coat is great and I was pleasantly surprised that it was actually a bit roomier than I was expecting. It is actually a true 3X. I got the lavender color and absolutely love it.

I love this jacket! So different with the multi color blocks. I got it a little big for layering. The only thing is that I wish it was lined.

I purchased this at a L.L. Bean store. The quality is excellent. I chose this because I liked the color block style for something different. The color combination is unique ( I decided on the spruce one). My regular size is slightly large but I can easily layer. I wish that L.L. Bean would come up with more color combinations ( like white with blue and yellow, or light grey with aqua) for spring and summer.

I bought this jacket for my daughter as a gift. She loves the colors and fit. It is waterproof and allows for layering. Overall, a really great quality product.

After reading reviews I sized down. Normally, I take a medium in most tops/coats. The small is prefect with plenty of room for a sweater. bra size 36D.

I bought this jacket because I really like the colors. Since it's still winter here and we need to bundle up, I have not yet had a chance to wear it. The size is perfect and I can put a warm sweater underneath it. Looking forward to wearing it when the weather warms up here!

I've been eyeing this jacket for a long time. Love the colors and it will be perfect for spring walks and bike rides. I tried on the x-small and small. The sleeves were way too long on the small. X-small fit fine but would not work with a heavy sweater underneath but perfect for a knit turtleneck or t-shirt.

I love this jacket! I will use it for hiking, great to layer in the winter and light enough for summer nights. It is very comfortable and even cuter in person. I had to exchange this jacket at first because I bought a size too small but LL Bean was very fast to exchange, return, and contact me! :)

I love this jacket, have been watching it for awhile, but couldn't get the color I wanted, when it came up I purchased it in a LP, the colors are awesome and it will be great for spring and fall or winter with a sweater!
