I can't say enough good things about this jacket, but the hood is the best. It is not too big, not to small, and doesn't hang down over your eyes.

I bought this for my daughter who runs a non-profit farm stand in Buffalo. Keeps her nice and dry. I ended up getting the rain pants too!

I love this jacket. It was exactly what I was looking for. It is lightweight and keeps you dry. I am 5'10 and wear a size 12 normally. The large fits me perfectly.

My teen daughter loves it! Her favorite parts are the colors and how light if feels.

I own this jacket in 3 different sizes - that is how much I love it. I have put on tons of weight since taking Prednisone for an auto-immune condition. I needed a larger jacket and wanted it to be very light weight and able to handle a light fleece layer. I am so thankful it comes in plus sizes. I have been using this style of jacket for years and I have never been wet. It breathes nicely and is so light weight that it takes up very little room in a suitcase or pack. LL Bean - It is hard to improve on almost perfect but there is one little thing you can do to make this perfect - make it with a two way zipper so it can be left open at the bottom and not just the top. If you make this change, I will buy another!

Exactly what I was hoping to find comfortable and functional nice looking and durable. Great features like the side and breast zip pockets and excellent adjustable hood. Love the hook and loop front closing option for added ventilation.

This is exactly what I needed for work outdoors on Gulf Coast of Florida with thunderstorms and heat! I had a similar Bean rain jacket I lost a while ago, and this one is perfect. Fit is good, lightweight, and arms/length are just right in petite! Having the hood is essential even though I like to stow it when not needed. Price is right for the quality. Bean never disappoints!

I usually take a size small but I wanted it a little larger so if I needed to wear a sweater or sweatshirt underneath it would fit well. It is well made, the color is vibrant and exactly as described. Wonderful product!!

I purchased this jacket to wear on a recent trip to Iceland where the weather can be unpredictable! This jacket is extremely light weight, waterproof and easily fit over other layers of clothing. Plus there are two zippered pockets that easily hold a cellphone and several interior pockets too. It was perfect for this trip!

So nice to find a jacket so well made with a pretty color(Clover green) too. Too often women's outdoor gear only comes in an in-your- face primary color.

Fits great over even a fleece jacket to keep you dry but isn't too large over just a t shirt. Super light doesn't weigh you down. Best feature is the adjustable hood. It covers your head without swamping you like every other rain jacket out there. No need to wear a baseball cap to keep it from falling over your eyes. And it's permanently attached so no openings to let water run down your neck. Sleeve length is perfect and you can adjust it tighter with hook and loop closures. Loved it so much I just ordered a second one in a different color for the cabin!
