love this rain jacket. I got it to wear on a trip to Europe-it's the rainy season. I got caught in several downpours and it is waterproof. In addition-the inside is comfortable.

Great Rain Jacket for college student. This jacket is definitely needed in NOLA! It is lightweight and keeps the rain off of my clothes. Shipping came faster than estimated. I purchased the black one in regular small and it fits perfectly.

Great fit which is very hard to find for those of us who need petite sized clothing

I was off to the Canadian Rockies and needed a packable rain jacket to join me. This jacket was PERFECT. I bought a size up due to wearing a fleece under it. The jacket acted as a windbreaker & repelled the rain. The rain was periodic and did its job. Thank You again LL Bean for offering the right weather gear......the jacket fits into its own pocket & can be tossed into a backpack.

I bought this rain jacket specifically for a trip to England and Scotland--and it was perfect for the rainy weather there. Yes, the sleeves are long, but they can be adjusted with velcro to fit anyone's arm length. The hood is designed to stay in place in both rain and wind, and the multiple zipped pockets are useful. The cool sea blue color is lovely.

Haven't worn it yet but am heading to Scotland tomorrow and am sure it will be worn a lot. Love how roomy it is for layering in the cooler weather.

Great rain jacket! My old one had velcro pockets which were a pain as I could not easily get into them. This one has spacious zipper pockets, safe and secure and accessible! Love the color, love the style, couldn't be happier!

It's a great rain jacket. It light weight for easy travel options. I love the clover green color. It keeps me warm and dry on a rainy day.

This is a great little rain jacket. Very comfortable and great to wear when it is just a bit cool.

Very much like the rain jacket. Hoping that in the near future they will offer the same in longer version. I bought a rain COAT about 20 years ago, and it has served me incredibly well, and the extra length keeps my legs dry. The new jacket material is pretty much the same as the old coat, and withstood packing and traveling throughout the world. I really like the variety of jacket colors offered and the addition of a small zippered left upper outer pocket.

I bought the XL in the store as I'm in between large & X-Large. This fits perfectly! This material keeps me dry as my previous one I was soaked during a drenching rain we had. I like the sleeves that are adjustable at the wrists. Altogether a great purchase!

Bought this jacket for a recent trip to Ireland. It was perfect. It easily fit in my backpack, had plenty of zippered pockets and most importantly kept me dry. I bought a size up to layer for warmth.

Lightweight, easy to pack and keeps me dry! I'll agree with some of the other reviews I readthere is a lot of Velcro. It does its job in keeping the jacket secure and watertight, but it sticks to everything. Sleeves do run a bit long, but not problematic.

This jacket is exactly as stated in description. I bought a size larger than usual to be able to wear sweaters or heavier clothing under it. I love that its waterproof and took it to the Northwest and windproof was helpful! Like everything about this jacket!

I normally wear petite small at LL Bean. I ordered petite medium to give me room to were sweater underneath the jacket. Perfect fit!

This coat was perfect for my late September trip to France for cold rainy days and mild fall temps. Also, it can be easily tied around the waist when it gets too warm. Multiple that hold a lot when I don't want to lug around my travel bag. On one day it held my phone, charger, headset for tours, and some souvernir

I had one of these before but because I'm large around the waist, I ordered the largest size. The sleeves, the hood and the length were too long but it was a great raincoat. Later on I got another raincoat from a different company. It was lined and was too hot, even for the Pacific Northwest, so I decided to get another Trail Model Rain Jacket from LL Bean. I am so glad I did, because I love the lightweight material. I tested it yesterday in a downpour and was happy that I was able to wear a sweatshirt underneath. The hood is adjustable and a decided improvement over my last LL Bean rain jacket. It doesn't flop over at the tightest setting preventing me from seeing where I'm going and the sleeves are the perfect length. I love that they're adjustable. Eventually I'm hoping that the jacket will loosen up (when I lose some weight), but even then I will keep wearing it. In the meantime it's perfect and as I said before I'm so glad I bought it. The green wasn't my first choice but I really like the shade. It's more "woodsy" than the bright green I had ordered before. In the future, I may buy another rain jacket as a backup if I can find it in the blue I initially wanted.
