I love this sweater and the color. It's very lightweight and comfortable- great layering piece. That being said and as many others said, I wish LL Bean would offer TALL sizes. The sleeves are a bit short and I wish the torso was longer.

I love this! I got the medium and it's perfect. Just roomy enough to pull on without looking sloppy. I got the raisin color and it's so unique and pretty. I actually can't believe how many people tell me I look pretty when I'm wearing it because I just feel so casual and cozy when I have it on. It's a nice weight to wear indoors because it really is "airlight" - its just enough of an extra layer to keep me comfortable in an air conditioned room. Other reviewers are right, the kangaroo pocket is "saggy" and can look a little sloppy, but I have only worn this with leggings and I'm not going for a dressy look when I have it on lol ... It doesn't bother me. I will probably get more colors.

This is such a comfortable shirt. Warm but lightweight. I have one in an XL and decided to order the 1X as I wanted it a little bit more roomy. However, when I held them up to each other, they appear to be the same size, and they fit the same. Unfortunately, I paid extra for the women's size.

I ordered the quarry gray and raw indigo colors. Very lightweight, lighter even than expected, but that's a good thing since I live in Florida. Sleeves are about an inch too long for me, but I can push them up. XL is roomy enough that I can layer over a t-shirt when needed. I agree with other reviews - the logo is TOO prominent. A smaller logo would be more appropriate on women's tops. Out of the package and on a hanger, the very loose kangaroo pocket hangs below the hem of the top, even with nothing in the pocket - Yuck! I like the tops otherwise, so I may try to tighten up the pocket fabric with a stitch or 2 at the top of the pocket.

This is a nice shirt. I ordered the teal and love the color. But why would you place a bright LLBean label right on the front of the shirt? I don't want to be a walking advertisement! Please eliminate these labels!

I just received my top. I like the color and fit. The back is a bit blousy, I hope the first wash will help that. I ordered a petite medium which fit well. Please LL Bean listen to your customer reviews. LOTS of reviews mention your logo, it's SO prominent! I really like my new top, just not such a large logo!

This product fit me well and is quite comfortable. Considering the lush looking texture it is very light. The fabric is unusual and took a little getting used to as it has a different feel than anything I've worn before. Handsome look to it.

The fabric, teal color and fit are all great. I immediately removed the logo by carefully taking out the stitches. You can't tell it was there. I did the same thing with my sweater fleece top. Bean, please stop adding your logo in prominent locations. I don't want to advertise a company. If someone admires an item I am happy to tell them where I bought it.

I've looked for exactly this style (light weight, kangaroo pocket, high collar, 1/4 zip or snap)) for ages so I was thrilled when I saw this in the catalog. It fits nicely and wears well. I'm not sure I like the horizontal lines in the fabric, but I can live with them. I'd prefer a lightweight woven fabric; I wish it came in better colors, and that the binding either matched or was darker . I bought the Indigo Heather, so it is fine, but I would NEVER buy one where the binding is lighter than the base color. I would like to see classic colors (navy, red, teal, forest green, burgundy, etc.) . . . these colors seem insipid. Overall, I really like it . . . just giving hints for future versions (I hope).

Finally Bean has made something that is actually tailored to fit women! Almost every women's sweater/fleece/light jacket seems to have a boxy fit that would look great if you were shaped like a toaster; this one actually looks great if you're shaped like a woman! Pretty colors, nice fit, soft and functional pullover - great as a top layer for a cooler day or a midlayer under a shell. Fits like most other Bean tops, a little roomy. I'm 5'9" size 10 and 36DD and the medium is roomy enough to wear over a baselayer. Two complaints, though... the sleeves could easily be 2-3" longer - they hit me about 2" above the wrist bone. You guys have GOT to start making your sleeves longer - they honestly feel like a petite! Also, the kangaroo pocket is not sewn in across the top so if you put anything in it the lining of the pocket droops below the outer material. Five stars for tailoring, comfort and color; one star for sleeve length and three stars for attention to detail on that kangaroo pocket.

I loved the 2-tone colors (plum with lavender trim) but wasn't a fan of the lightweight material or texture. I felt this fabric would show pulls easily and not wear well long term. Fit was good, however, I returned it.

I bought this pullover in November, 2025 and compared it to the same Bean pullover I bought in 2020. The new one is thinner, just not the same quality. I feel disappointed that the quality went down.

LL Bean, please tack down the pocket pouch on this pullover. The men's pullover pocket does not hang loosely like the women's pocket. I returned the women's pullover and purchased a men's so I do t have that extra fabric hanging around where I don't need any "extra"!

I have this in other colors but was disappointed for the first time with LLBean products because the sleeves are extra wide for some reason

I usually wear a small and I swam in this pullover. Am going to try a size down. Like the weight for spring and summer.

I see people wearing these all the time but I found it lighter weight than I expected and a very weird feeling fabric. Will give it a try in the spring.

It looks good, but not warm at all and I don't like that it's 100% polyester. Overpriced for the quality.

My husband and I purchased the air light pullover at the same time. He loves his and wears frequently. I am hot/cold with my pullover. The unsecured pocket material is very annoying and drapes in an unflattering way. I recently noticed that my husbands pocket material is secured at the chest seam. I'm wondering why the women's version is loose and draping?

My bad I did not read the description so I thought I was getting a fleece and not polyester, but made well and warm.

This was a comfy sweatshirt offered in several bright colors. It is lightweight but soft and warm. I would prefer a zip pull on the collar rather than the plastic snap placket but it's nice enough.

I love the color combo but was a little disappointed. The Airlight shirt really is very thin. I guess I was expecting a thin fleece weight but this is much thinner. Maybe it'd be a good running or skiing shirt but I felt cold in it. Also the chest/armpit area is too big for an XS. (34 inch bust).
