Comfortable

Lightweight and warm in a drafty house in winter. I've worn it outside in 40-50 degrees farenheit weather and been comfortable with a t shirt underneath. Great color and washed well!

This is a very comfortable lightweight pullover. Doesn't seem to wrinkle. Perfect over a light turtleneck. I have another that I had previously purchased, and I liked it so much that I bought this one.

I wanted something lighter than a fleece for spring and summer. This is perfect, It's well-made and fits well. Thinking about buying another as I like it so much.

Love this pullover! I have it in plum already, and when making decisions on what to purchase for company-gear for our female employees, decided to get it in gray as well. Ordered 11 total in gray, varying sizes. Everyone LOVES them and started wearing them immediately. The fit is a little on the larger side but it's very comfortable. I ordered a large, probably could have gone with a medium but I tend to like things slightly oversized anyways. The pullover is well made and looks great.

I had ordered this style top for my husband for Christmas and when it arrived I had wished I had one for myself. So cozy and a perfect fit. I ordered the petite M, and the sleeves and body length are perfect. Very nice cut and not boxy. I would recommend this and may get another color this spring. I can see this being a go to option for spring and even cool summer days.

I love these shirts and have them in several colors! You can wear them for business casuaal settings and for all your weekend adventures. They wash well (inside out) and they dry very quickly. I have taken them everywhere. I was worried that the fabric might pill but this has not been the case for me. I get complimented on them every time. They are nice light layer, seem to breathe well, but can also be layered in the cooler months. My favorite LL bean item besides the Bean boots.

Thanks to Randi's helpful photo review from 9/11/19, I ordered a size smaller than I ordinarily would have, which makes this excellent pullover fit more like a shirt than a top layer. I'm pretty happy with the fit in this particular fabric. The top is perfect for damp, creeping Florida cold; I look forward to trying it in warmer weather, too, as a counter to overly air-conditioned work spaces. It's silky on the inside across the pocket and softer than I expected overall. The storm teal heather is a lovely muted shade. I may try the indigo as well, since it's the only other option that I didn't notice having markedly contrasting trim. It's nice to have some options in that regard.

Bought a petite medium and fit is perfect. Comfortable and attractive. Is easy to wear in warm or cool weather. If it is cold, I will put a shirt underneath it. Particularly like the new brighter colors. Bought one for my daughter too and she wears it a lot.

I love this top. I ordered in several colors. Last year I purchased two of them and ordered and have worn an X-Large. Suddenly upon looking at myself in mirror I realized that I am tinier then I thought and the tops looked a little big on me. Everyone complements me when I wear them so I ordered a few this year in the Large and the fit is much better. I will say that the only negative is the inner lining of the pocket tends to peek out from the bottom so I simply took needle and thread and stitched the inside by folding up an inch or so, being careful to maintain a smooth look from the outside. Now they are perfect!

I ordered a med P which was too big. The small P fits well and can still fit under a jacket.

I live in the southeast, so winter is mostly mild. This is perfect for those types of days. I usually wear just a tank underneath, and I stay plenty warm and cool enough on days when it's cool but the sun is blaring. I'm taller than average and busty, and I was afraid this might be too short. This hits me at the hip. The arms are just the right length. There's no wiggle room either way there. This is comfortable, cute, and soft. Would buy another.

Great lightweight pullover that is not constricting. Great for golf and for days when you need a light layer.

What could be bad? Enormous kangaroo pocket, lightweight, warm, washes well (I line dry), beautiful color, sleeves are long enough for even long-armed me, and when it gets too warm, easy to wrap around neck or waist. Added bonus: a high collar, two snaps, for the cooler part of the trek, then, below, three more snaps to bring on the fresh air.

I was looking for a mid-weight wicking jacket, for hiking, that did not cost an arm & a leg. This pullover has met my needs. I have worn with a shirt & the pullover kept me warm without being bulky. It is breathable & consequently did not get sweaty. I wear a 2x & while this fit a little tighter than I like to wear, I appreciate this aspect as I can wear a wind jacket over the pullover & the entire ensemble is too bulky. Pleased with my purchase.

I purchased this pullover in October and have worn it weekly since then. It has held up nicely to repeated washings. I hang it to dry. I mostly wear it indoors over a tank top and it keeps me comfortably cozy. I normally take an M in LL Bean clothing but wanted a little extra room and length so I sized up to a L. Glad I did because I think the M would have been more fitted than I like. The shirt fabric is soft and sleek and it goes on easily and smoothly under a winter coat. I could also wear a light wool sweater under the L with no problem. I've had no issues with pilling that were noted in some reviews. I recently ordered a second one, this time in a Men's Medium. I love the chartreuse and platinum 2-tone version in the men's collection. The Men's medium fits great--just a tad roomier and longer (yay!) than the women's L, with slightly longer sleeves. I often push my sleeves up anyway, so the extra length there is not a problem. The colors for all of the men's 2-toned shirts are nice, so if you like the style, you might consider ordering from the guy's shop! Hope LLBean will start making a similar version for women. All in all, I love this pullover. It's classy, easy to wear, and pleasant change from sweatshirts and fleece. It also should be great for wintertime travel when you're often traveling between climates.

I purchased this Airlight Knit Pullover as a Christmas gift for a friend, and she was delighted with it. (She has similar tops from LL Bean, so this gift idea was a no-brainer.)

I purchased this top in THREE colors. .. I absolutely love it! It is not a super warm top for outside winter weather, but I wear it all day as a layer on top of a long sleeve shirt inside and then I add a down vest or jacket when I am going out. I can't stand being cold and this is truly a perfect weight. I much prefer this material to a polar tec jacket for inside. I noticed in some reviews that people hated the kangaroo pocket. I ADORE it. I end up using it when I have something I want to make sure I carry from one floor to the next in my home. It is not a hand warmer and it is barely visible so I don't know why someone would dislike it at all. I also love the horizontal quilting and the snap collar. I have washed it in the machine but did not put in the dryer and just hung it up. I also bought the PETITE Medium. I find everything at LLBean runs very big so at 5'2" I usually do better in petites with my Bean clothing.

My wife already had 2 of these,and loved them,when I surprised her with a 3rd for Christmas. She wears them both as a layer under a fleece and alone at times. Lightweight,stylish and very comfortable this knit pull-over is one of her favorite casual shirts! ~ (Because she likes it so much I recently bought the men's version and totally agree with her!)
