I always use button down shirts to throw over whatever I'm wearing. This one does not disappoint. The denim is soft and looks polished. I would not hesitate to buy this again.

Favorite shirt for any casual outing or working around the house. The denim is thick and confortable! Love it!

Well made, comfortable, nice fabric, washes well. I have the pine and both of the blue denim. I line dry and only use the dryer to de-wrinkle so not sure how they would do to fully put in dryer, as the small fits so well don't want to have shrinkage. I think the M would be overall too big, with the S I still have plenty of room for a comfortable fit over a long sleeve tee shirt. Would really like to see it in a brick red!

Got this shirt in the green not sure how well I like it but time will tell. I am so sick of blue. Good fit, irons nicely, stays crisp, looks good.

I purchased this denim shirt to wear as an outside shirt over another. I probably should have purchased a size smaller. Love the material and comfort level though. Well made. Will buy another.

This shirt really is a classic. It is cute and sturdy and I expect it to last a long time. Just what I wanted.

This is a great shirt! Nice coverup layer for multiple uses, as it is a relaxed fit without being oversized. Just wish there were the pearl-button snaps like I had in my original back in the day. The styling is great.

Fit is roomy enough to wear a tee underneath, but flattering and not wide and baggy. Sleeves are long enough - unlike so many women's shirts that seem to scrimp on sleeve length. Fabric is a soft denim, great for a shirt. It's been washed and needed no ironing - I don't machine dry my shirts, so I can't speak to whether it shrinks in dryer. After it was line dried I put it into my dryer on air fluff for a couple of minutes to knock the stiffness out. Beautiful! I highly recommend.

This is the third shirt I have purchased in this style. The fabric is perfect. Heavy enough to hide my slight muffin top, yet light enough for our Southern California summers. I feel the durability and quality of this shirt will last for a very long time and will age well. Can't wait to see it in 10 more years!

Fits perfectly. Does need some ironing which I don't mind. Love the style and it is very comfortable. Slightly fitted but not too tight.

Happily surprised to receive this shirt. The color Plum Rose is simply beautiful! The 100% cotton fabric this is made out of is of a superior quality that is rarely seen today. This shirt fits well and hits me at the low hip. It is a relaxed fit indeed and works well for coverage. I expect to get many years of wear out of this shirt as it is an example of LLBEAN quality that keeps me as a customer. Will be buying another Heritage cotton shirt again soon. Thanks for a real winner LLBEAN!! :)

I really liked this shirt, size, color, and material. My only grump was your logo on the outside of the front. Small and hidden once buttoned, but I don't like labels.

I love this shirt, I've been looking for a true denim shirt for a while. My daughter found this shirt for me. I ordered a large not knowing how your sizes run. It was too large and I exchanged it for a medium and it's a perfect fit. I usually wear a medium in my shirts from other manufacturers so it is true to size.
