I've purchased many of these shirts and the issue is they don't fit the same, even though I'm purchasing the medium size. The chest and sleeves fit fine on one shirt and the next one they are too tight in the chest, too short in the sleeves. Where is your quality control? It's certainly lacking! And returning the shirt is a pain. It takes so long to reach you, get checked in and replacements sent. It's faster to drive to the closest LL Bean store, that isn't that close, return the shirts and get the credit. And then to order new ones online, since the store never carries these shirts. Please do better, LL Bean or you've lost a long-time customer. You need someone checking the shirts and ensuring their consistency.

The fabric is very nice and the shoulders and body are reasonably well-fitting. However the sleeves were about 1" too short. I am 5' 6" tall and ordered regular fit so it was disappointing

Completely disappointed !! The TALL is not any longer in length or sleeve length than the regulars I own !! C'mon LL BEAN !

I read the reviews on shrinkage and ordered a size up. However the body of of the shirt still shrank up to an unwearable lenght. I recommend ordering a size up and long if you normally order regular lenght. Fabric is very nice, but fit is completely off.

I bought the gorgeous dusty purple in PS, my usual LL Bean Tee size. I'm 5'1, 124lbs, 34B. It smelled awful, so I washed in cold, and tumble dried low, and it still shrank a full 2 inches in length, and 1 in width! Off to my local store tomorrow to return. Either size up, or never wash it!

I like the color but it was just too tight. I have found LL Bean sizes are all over the place.

I ordered petite; the arms fit but after 1 wash the body was so short I could barely tuck it in.

I purchased the Lake Blue but it is much darker than the picture online. I wanted a light blue not a medium blue. These shirts are nice but they shrink horribly. I wear a small petite normally, but bought a regular small in anticipation of some shrinkage. I should have purchased a regular medium. But that seem ridiculous. Can't you give us unshrinkable cotton like your no shrink cotton t-shirts for men? Disappointed.

It seemed to have shrunk. Looks short and boxy. It fit well at the store.

I bought several in various colors...they all shrank about 3" and no longer cover my tummy. I washed them all as per instructed and used delicate setting on dryer.

Don't get me wrong this is nice, but it's not long enough.

Material and comfort did not meet expectations. Would not purchase again.

I needed to replace my favorite blue LLBean Pima cotton shirt. Unfortunately the "new" color is blah and dull not as vibrant or deep blue as my often washed old one or as the catalog showed.

I ordered the Petite Medium because I am 5 only feet tall and the sleeves are a bit short and the overall length of the t-shirt is too short. It barely some to mid-hip level which makes it difficult to tick in or cover the top of my pants when I sit. For cooler weather a t-shirt needs to have a longer body. I would not recommend this for anyone who is looming for a t-shirt that will be a good one to tuck in.

I washed this out of the bag before wearing. The length of the shirt shrank at least one inch as did the sleeves. It probably will shrink more after more washings. Although i often buy petites I bought this in a regular because of Bean's historical shrinkage issue. It still is too short. I don't know when Bean is going to get the message from their customers that we are tired of the shrinkage in their cotton tees/tops. The only thing that works for me are the tunic lengths which shrink to a regular length when washed.

Nice soft material, but the length is ridiculously short. And then after I washed in cold water and let it line dry, somehow the sleeve length shrunk too. Really disappointed.

Rather frustrating set of purchases of tee shirts including this Prima Long sleeve - inconsistent sizing in shoulder, arm and across body between the LLBean, Organic and Washed Cotton tees,.....shouldn't all L items be generally the same dimensions? Will be ordering a selection in M and M Petite to try and find a better fit.

For the size Large the sleeves are too narrow (tight).

I purchased this a year ago, thinking I would like it. I love the quality , but the large sizing is small in the length and arms. The neck is to tight above the collarbone. The width is great fits around the body, but not in the body length and arms. The quality is wonderful. I would get a tall , large V neck next time.

I have had this tee shirt over a year and have probably worn it less than half a dozen times. I have around 15 Bean tees of various colors and styles. I tried to wear this pretty pink tee yesterday and noticed a hole in the back. Looked more closely and extended 6 inches across the shirt. Pretty disappointed. First time I've had problems.

This Tee fit great before I washed it per instructions. It shrunk. The length of the Lind sleeve was shorter and the hip length was shorter. I'm going to return it.

I bought the yellow and white shirts and the material is soft but see through. My light colored bra was clearly visible through them. Not what I had in mind and not the same thickness as the ones made a few years ago. Returned for refund. Will be looking elsewhere for thicker non see through material.

I've bought these Pima tees for years and the XL always fit perfectly. They shrink over time even if carefully laundered per instructions and then migrate from office wear to my at-home wear. This year Bean has shrunk the size. This one tagged XL fits like an L. Inconsistent sizing from Bean suppliers is a growing issue. You are no longer predictable....in a bad way. My local store rarely stocks the items that interest me. Returning with a sad face because I loved the Glacier Teal color.

Have noticed recently that different colors have different amounts of stretch. Unfortunately you don't know it for sure until it's been worn and washed several times, so it can't be returned. Particularly noticeable in t-shirts.

Awful shirt. The fabric is weird, not cotton. It's see through.
