I bought this shirt in both cranberry and blue. Though both were washed and dried in the same load per the care instructions, both shrank. The cranberry shirt shrank 2" in length and the blue one shrank 3 1/2".

I ordered three shirts. Two were fine, but the third has small holes between the neck and the shoulder. I have washed it once. It is the maroon color. Not happy about that.

I have purchased these tee shirts, both long and short sleeved, for years and have always been completely satisfied. A few months ago, I purchased two short sleeve and two long sleeve crewnecks and was very disappointed in the fabric quality and the tighter sizing, particularly in the upper arm portion. I can see through the product reviews that I am not alone. I'll keep an eye on the reviews and hope that the quality will improve over the next several months or I won't be buying this top again.

This T-shirt took a long time to deliver and when it did, it definitely wasn't a small. It looked more like a medium anyway too big and disappointed that size is so different. I sent it back.

Red top bled onto my white fleece vest. Otherwise the fit and weight is good.

I bought two of these at the same time that I bought a short sleeve pima tee. Oddly, the long sleeve tees were both skimpy in terms of length, at least 2 inches shorter in the body than the short-sleeve pima tee. Seems to me the pima tee product line needs to be more consistent across products so customers don't have to guess which size to order. The tee has a strong odor, but I assume (hope?) that will wash out. I liked the styling and color, so I ordered in a tall size hoping that will be long enough in the body. For the record, I'm 5'5" - not very tall. I have never needed to buy a tall size before, but these tees run short, so be advised.

Lovely fabric and great color. I was hoping for more blue tones for glacial teal but I still like the color. Fits well in the trunk of the body. Arms a waaaaay too long (by about 4 inches!)

I bought four of these in different colors. I'd give them a 5-star rating, except there is some kind of nylon adhesive or thread inside the seams that creates a persistent itchiness along the shoulder seams where the material meets the neck. I don't feel it at the side seams. I have had to turn them into pajama tops and wear them inside out.

I purchased multiples of this shirt in short and long sleeve and am shocked to say that they're not even lasting a season. The fabric is already degrading. LL bean clothing should last years

I bought 6-8 Pima Cotten Tee shirts - long sleeve and short sleeve and they all shrank lengthwise so much so that I can't wear them. The shirts are well made and the pima cotton is nice.. but I'm really disappointed that I wasted so much money on shirts that I can't wear.

The fabric wasn't as thick as I expected & it was more form fitting than I expected for a regular medium. If it shrinks at all it won't fit. Nice color!

This is advertised as "semi-fitted", but it is not. It is a square, boxy shape with straight sides of the same width from armpit to waist. I am medium tall, 5'7", and bought the Small Tall to accommodate my long torso and arms. The length was fine until I washed it. It shrunk almost 2" in length and is now shorter than my other brand tees in "regular" length. So now it looks both square and cropped, and hangs loosely at the bottom (there's no stretch, all cotton)...very unflattering. Also, the crew neck is too high, like a man's crew neck, rather than a feminine woman's crew neck. However, the pima cotton material and workmanship are good quality. Unfortunately, mine will go to the thrift store since I already cut out the label pre-wash. The cut of these t-shirts seem to be more suited for a rounder, wider body type. If you are slender with a small waist and hips, this is not flattering.

I wanted to like this expensive Tee, but the sleeves are a good 2.5 inches shorter than the ones on my other TALL XL Womens long sleeve shirts. Very disappointed

These used to fit perfectly in a small, and I've pretty much lived in them and another pima style for years, enjoying the silky resilient fabric. Recently I've had to return 4 out of 5 colors in a size small because the sleeves are so tight I can hardly bend my elbows. A medium would be too large in the body. This is too bad since it's such a versatile wardrobe piece.

Item lost at least two inches in length and at least one inch in width when laundered at low heat for both wash and dry.

I submitted this request for the two items and requested rush as wanted the two items for a trip that was planned. I agreed to pay the additional amount. The items did not reach me until I returned from my trip. A very frustrating experience.

I'm 5ft4 washed the shirt on delicate and layed flat to dry . The shirt is to short.

Extremely strong formaldehyde smell when I opened the box. I couldn't even get myself to try on the shirts they smelled so badly. Won't be purchasing from L.L. Bean anymore.

The long sleeves ran short even when I bought a larger size.

My husband bought me this top because I wanted a red top. It's not a true red, but that's not my issue. After washing it once, the shirt barely covers my waist and rides up to show skin if I reach for anything! I compared it with other tips I've washed many times,candy it's several inches shorter. I've never had this problem before with LLBean. I will be returning it.

I've bought these shirts for many years and used to love them. However, I noticed that the sleeves were hanging above my wrist in those I bought recently. I compared the new shirts with older ones I still had (same item number, same size). The more recent versions are shorter by at least an inch and the sleeves are shorter, too. I'm 5'4"; I shouldn't have to buy the tall size to get the sleeves to fit! Unfortunately, I'm not likely to keep buying them.

I still have an XS in these which fits, even after many washes. I sized up, however, since other newer pima tees are now a full size smaller on me. But even with sizing up, the new ones are still very tight in the arms. I still like the fabric, but these narrow arms just don't work on me.

I bought this tee in four colors and the sizes are not uniform. Some are longer than others in the body. The sleeves of the white tee are especially shorter than the rest to the point of being uncomfortable, and one sheeve is actually shorter that the other! I will not be able to machine dry them fearing shrinkage. It would be great if the item came in "tall". I also think the fabric is thinner than the short sleeved ones I purchased previously. I would still recommend the tee, but be prepared to return it if the size is off.

Fabric is so thin. I've been buying these pima t-shirts for years and was so surprised to see how thin the fabric is now. I have the same t-shirt bought several years ago and washed countless times that has thicker fabric now than this brand new t-shirt.

These shirts have been a staple in my wardrobe for years. I just ordered and received a new white one and the fabric is much thinner. With white fabric, you can really tell. Not sure I will keep it, I miss the thicker fabric my older white shirt has. Willing to pay more for better long lasting quality.
