The women's Pima Cotton Tee, Long Sleeve Crewnecks are well constructed and long-lasting but I think they're cut too short. Also, the material is wonderfully soft but very thin so a T-shirt bra is needed with the lighter colors. The Brightwater Blue is a gorgeous, pale Robin's-Egg-Blue color. I cold-water wash and line-dry these shirts. The description says "tumble dry low" but I tried that and the shirt's length shrunk considerably.

I bought these shirts to replace long-sleeve Pima Cotton Tees that I bought from LL Bean years ago. Sadly, those old (favorite) shirts are finally getting holes in them. The "slightly fitted" style is too tight. The only way I can get these shirts to fit me through the shoulders is to order size large, but then the sleeves are way too long. I still have old Bean long sleeve tees, size medium, that fit beautifully. What gives? And the fabric feels thin. Just not up to the quality I've come to expect from LL Bean over the years.

I purchased this exact shirt a month ago and love it, soft and very wearable. Just bought another in the exact same size - XS regular - and it's so short, it's nearly a crop top. Disappointing that it's so inconsistent. I clicked to reorder the one previously purchased and the tags are exactly the same so it makes no sense. But now I will have to pay to return the new shirt and won't be buying again due to the inconsistent sizing. Sad because I loved the first one.

I loved this shirt when I received it. I love the color and softness of the shirt. However when I washed it the length shrunk substantially. I much preferred the unwashed length!
I was going to order the same shirt in several colors but not after experiencing the shrinkage.

I usually wear a Petite Medium and bought that size. I found it too short in the body and the sleeves too tight in the arm area below the elbow. I returned the Petite Medium for a regular medium. The length was good but still the sleeves between the elbow and wrist were too snug. I will say the pale pink was a lovely color and the fabric fantastic. Overall had to send it back due to fit. I will mention my arms are not large or muscular. I am 5'2" and weigh 125. I think my arms are normal average size.

I bought several of these tees and loved the colors and the feel of the fabric. I foolishly wore them each once before washing them all at the same time. They all shrank to an alarming degree. I expected the petite small size to fit perfectly. It did, until I washed and dried them according to the directions. The sleeves ended up 2" above my wrists, and the length no longer allowed for tucking into my jeans. Returning them all.

If you're scrolling the reviews, wondering if they've fixed the shrinkage problem after so many people complaining about it, they have not. These are really nice, soft, quality shirts except that they shrink really badly - even if I wash them on cold and hang them to dry. I think they have shrunk about 2 inches in the sleeves and body length, making them rather unflattering to wear. They no longer cover my wrists and I constantly have to tug the shirt down, and I have a short torso to begin with. These would be perfect if they would pre-shrink the cotton, but it seems like they have no plans to do this since people have been complaining for a long time. I won't buy these again and will look elsewhere for cotton tees.

This shirt would have been great if the length has not shrunk so much. There is no way to keep it tucked in to keep my back warm. Disappointed.

After several washings, always in cold water, and always line-drying, the sleeves have shrunk considerably, well past my wrists. The bottom hem is now just over my belt loops (and these are high-waisted jeans). The fabric is soft and the colors vibrant, but these shrunken sleeves have ruined the tees for me. A few years ago I had purchased the waffle Henley in several colors, and those sleeves shrank also. Lesson learned.

Not what I expected , I expected a cotton T. Instead it's a manufactured product that had a funky smell when I opened it, like motor oil.

I bought 2 of these Tees in December. The fit is not regular. The long sleeves are 2" short and the length is too short. I verified these were both regular fit. I have never had a problem with short sleeves. The material and color is nice. But I cannot wear them for good with the short sleeves.

After only a year of wear, the shirt has now shrunk to be half way to 3/4 length sleeves and is sitting high on my hips. It is also very disappointing because the fabric is a good weight and soft. The shirt was always washed cold and dried on low.

I finally opened this order after a 2-week holiday washed the beautiful blue T-shirt in cold water ALL free &Clear and line dried it. Put it on and then noticed a hole on the right side between the side seam and breast. It looks like it is a manufactured cut, about 1/4 inch. Please help make this right.

I liked the fabric, but it really shrinks with washing it. Also, a small hole appeared in a sleeve of the red one. I'll share two pictures the red one has a hole and shrank after washing it. The other picture is with the beige shirt perfect sized my sleeve before washing it.

Liked fabric and general fit but way too long-fell way below hip. Needed to hem it.

Nice thick fabric. Initially a good fit, but after first wash the sleeves and body length shrank over an inch, what was once perfect is now boxy and much too short in every way. Almost unwearable. Note, I dry clothes on a line and wash in cold water.

I recently purchased a Women's Pima Cotton LS Crewneck Tee & Pima Mockneck Tee in regular women's size medium. I have always worn a size medium. However, both tees are way too small. You need to check the merchandise when it is received from the factory as the measurements given in the size chart do not match the actual teeshirt. Very disappointed.

This ran much smaller than I expected and it shrunk a bit after the first wash/dry. I bought multiple colors and returned the ones I didn't wear. I wasn't a huge fan of this fabric either.

I have many LLbean sweaters and the fit of all has been great but the sleeves do not reach my wrists... disappointed.

I bought this in muted plum. I wore it a few days ago and got some food on it. When I washed it there were large stains left where the food had touched. It's all cotton, why should it stain so easily?

I returned all the items. Bring back the long sleeve Pima v necks please. They are so much more flattering!

The tops keep getting shorter and shorter. Please stop trying to save money by shortening the length.

I own several of these T shirts and I just purchased a new one. The plum color is beautiful but the fabric is disappointing. The cotton is not nearly the weight of my previous Tee's and the cut is skimpy. I ordered the same size as my old ones (L, Petite) and this one isn't comfortable. It just doesn't fall nicely on the body the way the better quality cotton ones
do.

I used to order almost all my family's clothes from Bean but these days don't order much at all. Why? worsening quality, fit & fabric. I have worn Bean pima tees for decades (ever since they first came out), probably 200+ (in different styles) over the years. I wanted to begin replacing my numerous size M ones with size S as I am now thinner. I figured surely the quality on these would be the same since I order most years. Wrong I wasfabric is much much thinner, arms are too narrow while the rest of the tee is plenty big, and maybe worse of all, there's now scratchy nylon reinforcement in the shoulders. There was also a chemical smell but at least that came out when washed. I ordered 4 and will keep the 2 I've washed to see if I can wear, and return the other 2. Cannot express how disappointed I am in Bean over the last several years. And now my very favorite tees have also gone downhill.

Love the fabric, but after washing in cold water and drying on low, it no longer fits correctly. It shrunk a lot in length.
