I bought four black tees to wear under sweaters. The medium is smaller through the chest than last year. (I still wear last year's, so it's not me!) Next time, I'll order a large. I'm 5'3", 135#

I bought several of these t shirts in petite large. The sleeve length is too long and the body of the shirt is too short. I would also like to see a heavier weight of cotton. Please ll bean make these adjustments.

The sleeves are much too tight and the shirt is hard to get on because of that. Also, these are all the same old colors that they have had for years. Why not some pastels or a simple bright green? Some of the existing colors look almost identical. I love this shirt except for the sleeves and colors.

I got two as a gift for Christmas. The shirts are beautiful, the thickness of the material, the color, the shape, however I have worn each of the shirts twice, and boy have they shrunk. They were washed in cold water and dried on the delicate setting. The shirts are now too short. When I raise my arms above my head or shoulders the hemline comes to my pant line. It's almost like they are cropped tops. I am so disappointed. These shirts are not inexpensive! I have bought similar shirts from the local department store and have not had this issue and they have been washed and dried numerous times. I would not buy these shirts again.

The fabric feels good against the skin, not scratchy and well made. However, even after washing exactly as directed, it shrunk quite a bit, especially the sleeves. I kept it anyway because I got it on sale and can still wear it under other shirts/sweaters. I would not purchase any more though.

Bought 2 because I loved one that I had in my drawer for a while. Good fabric, but a much smaller fit for the same size.

Very thin material as compared to previous purchases. Fits ok. Will have to wait and see how it lasts

One commenter indicated this was not 100% cotton.
Fabric content should be identified accurately, not just by saying pima cotton.
Also country of manufacture should be identified.
Many consumers care about this information.

I do not like the feel of the prima cotton tee shirts. The fabric is thin & I always feel chilled when wearing it. I ordered the medium size - too small. Then I ordered your regular cotton tee shirt in large and it was too large. I'll keep trying to eventually find a fit. Love LLBean products. The shipping was unbelievable fast even though we live in New Hampshire.

Love the soft fabric and variety of colors however the shirts shrank when washed/dried according to label instructions so size up. I had to return them for a larger size. The Pima Cardigan that matches the shirts did not shrink.

I have noticed that since your size name change adding the PLUS that the supposedly same size 1x is smaller around the chest and abdomen area. Not much but still enough that I noticed it and I don't like the snugness. Please go back to the exact size and amount of fabric you used before. I haven't gained any additional weight so I know it's the shirt. My older 1x's still feel looser even after numerous washes.

I ordered 2 of these t-shirts and boy am I disappointed. The fabric is soft and the colors very pretty, but the shirt is much, much too short. I am only 5'3" and there is no way I could tuck them in if I wanted to, but I don't because I like a shirt that will cover my tummy. I have to keep tugging these down when I wear them to cover my exposed stomach or back. I'm just so disappointed in LL Bean because I expect more from them than other clothing manufacturers. I will have to look elsewhere for shirts.

I recently bought this pima cotton tee because I was looking for something in this beautiful blue color. The fabric has a nice feel to it and the color is just as shown in the catalog. The one drawback is that even though there is a printed label at the neckline (yay!) there is a scratchy tag on the side seam. Even when you cut it off, some of it remains because it was sewn directly into the seam (see photo). Since there is a label at the neckline, the tag is unnecessary. I hope LLBean sees this feedback.

Good size and quality, however the color bled on to my undergarments the first time I wore it!! So surprised. I washed it - color did not seem to run - and hopefully it will be better now. Note the color came out easily when I washed my underwear.

I have several LL Bean cotton tees. The cotton of this item is very thin, not what I expect in pima cotton. Disappointed. Tee would be fine for wearing as base layer or pajama top. I need neither, so I am returning.

These are well made tees in pretty colors. My problem is the same as it is with a lot of LLBean tops. If you have a longer than average torso these are going to be too short. Please offer them in a tall size. Also, saying that they fall at the hip is not very useful information. Please, LLBean, give the length in inches. Thank you.

Supima cotton: the navy and blue colors are lovely, but the feel of the fabric is slippery and cold - like a tech fabric - not what I was expecting. I have purchased pima cotton shirts from J Jill in the past, and they have a warmer, thicker quality. Arm length shrinks 2-3" after washing in cold water, hanging to dry.

I have several dozen Bean pima tees from over the years in a variety of styles. I gave 3 stars as I still like the fabric, but now would be 1 star for everything else, including sizing (though I had to rate 'true to size' as no option for details. The quality and fit are going downhill and I am currently looking for another source for pima tees. I wash in cold and hang to dry and they still shrink in length a lot. Meanwhile the last few years they have been losing their shape, becoming wider, stretching out terribly, which did not happen before. Also the printed labels have been peeling off in places leaving scratchy residues, very uncomfortable. At least when you used actual labels I coud cut them out, although your printed labels used to be fine. What has happened to LLBean quality the last several years? It has really declined drastically on so many items :-(
