This is a great top. The only drawback is the material seems to be different color to color. This causes a slight difference in sizing. I wear the teal when I want something looser, the tan when I am ready for more fitted. I think I have all of the colors so I am making an informed judgement. I am finding this with more products from Bean lately so, I cannot do the 5 star thing.

I love the feel of this. Very soft and comfortable. But overall length shrunk aLOT as did the sleeves, which now fall above my wrists and look ridiculous. I used cold water, dryer on low and shrink guard. I just read some of the other reviews and see that someone else had the same problem, which was solved by ordering a tall. Wish I had known that! I always wear a medium regular in LLB clothes. Come on LLB! You test these I'm sure.

I've been wearing LLBean's pima cotton tees for years and have always loved them. In recent years, however, the quality of the material has declined (thinner, less durable) and the sizing is inconsistent. My usual go-to size is now too long in the sleeves and length. I wear Large, but had to exchange a recent purchase for Petite Large. The charcoal gray pima tees are thicker material and not too long. I will still buy them, but keep in mind that I might have to return an order until I find the right size. That was never an issue before and is disappointing.

I love these pima long-sleeve tees -- wear them everyday over a light shirt. They are wondeerfully soft and so light-weight, yet add that layer needed for warmth. And perfect for traveling, since they fold down to near nothing. But! Not all of the variety of colors come in the Petite size! My arms and torso are short, so a Small requires major turn-up of both. I needed the butter yellow color, so bought (and will use) this Small. But I sure wish I could get it in Petite!

The pima cotton feels lovely and silky. It's also nice that it does not pill. Also, no see-through at all. However, these do run a little big. I usually wear a medium (bra size B cup) but the small is a much better fit. I had to exchange my size Medium T's for a size Small.

The fabric and quality is fabulous. I just wish the sleeves were longer.

I truly enjoy wearing the L.L.Bean Pima Cotton Tees and have several of them. My only complaint is that they do shrink significantly if dried in the dryer. I try to keep them out of the dryer, but from time to time someone in the household just puts the entire laundry load in the dryer. In order to keep the length of the sleeves and bodice, I dry them flat.

I have worn LL Bean pima cotton tees almost exclusively for many years, and the shirts are five-stars quality. Celadon is my very favorite green, so when I saw that dark celadon is one of the new colors I ordered it. True celadon is a subtle, muted color. The color depicted in the catalog is not anywhere close to the color of the shirt that was delivered. It is not dark celadon, and it is very knock-out-you-eyes bright - definitely neither subtle nor muted. What has happened to color choices for pima shirts? I consider navy and ivory/cream to be basics; neither has been available for at least two seasons. For the first time in at least 20 years - probably longer - I have been forced to seek pima shirts elsewhere. I layer them under sweaters for eight-nine months of the year and wear them alone in warm-hot weather. Basic colors should be staples - black, navy, tones of brown, cream/ivory, white, gray. Choices increasingly are moving away from the basics, which forces me to move away from LL Bean.

I have many LL Bean tees. The quality of the fabric is excellent. The tees hold their shapes beautifully. However, I wish the length was a tad longer as well as the sleeves on the long sleeve shirts. No matter how carefully I wash them, they do tend to shrink a bit. With pants that sit a little below the waist, the shirt eventually barely covers. A little longer or preshrunk fabric might do the trick.

I love the feel of this tee, and the length which is long enough to cover tummy. But because I have short arms, sleeves are too long.

Fits well and comfortable. Have only washed it once didn't notice any shrinkage.

Love it, except I cannot get the simplest food stain out of it. Perhaps I need advice, or am a lousy cleaner.

I've been getting these shirts for years. I like the feel and fit. Just wish you had not discontinued the the Ivory color.

Ordered this in a small- my usual size. Love the aqua color and material is very soft. I have slender arms and surprised how narrow the arms are on this top. It fits but next time I may order a medium.

If you put them in the dryer, they will shrink. I wear a small, and after I took them out of the dryer they had shrunk in the arms and the torso length to the point where I couldn't stretch them out. I love the style and the fact that they are 100% cotton, but am returning for a medium.

Very cool and comfortable, true to size. The sleeves are long on me but I just roll them up. One turn?. The colors are all nice.

The fabric is wonderfully soft for a t shirt! However, the color and fit are odd. I purchased the Cobalt Blue and its really more like a Deep Periwinkle and looks like a bright purple instead of a blue. I order the Petite XL and the bodice is a good fit and has a short waist but the sleeves are ab out 3 inches too long considering it's a petite. I would order again but this will probably become a wear-around-the-house shirt and not one I'd wear out in public because of how long the sleeves are because it looks weird.

These Pima Cotton Tees are my go to shirts and tee shirts, for many uses and occasions. Depending upon the style and use, I wear a L-XL, Regular or Petite, most often a PL. I hope that LL Bean continues to make these shirts forever; multi-purpose, easily washed, last for several years. My criticism here is that the description of the color is just wrong. Periwinkle is a blue, with a touch of purple, making the color a version of purplish blue. This Periwinkle Sky color is a true medium red purple, not a good color for me. Luckily, my niece looks good in purple, and so I gifted it to her. Keep making these in more colors. I would have kept a true Periwinkle Blue.

Love the texture of the tee. Glossy, sleeves a tad too long. Biggest issue length of body. I have a tummy and need shirts a little longer. Thanks.

Love these tees, but hesitate to buy more because of the color selection. I am a "warm" person and prefer to wear warm colors. Please consider including warm Autumn colors. I will be much more apt to buy all of your tee shirt styles. Thanks.

I really like this tee in white but I wish that it would come in tan, ivory, gray and navy. I wear neutrals and this would make wonderful additions to my wardrobe.

Love the quality cotton fabric...own multiple units in black...please rethink your color choices or get some color guidance from a fashion expert... Consider seasonal changes keeping the basics black & white...I think you will double or triple your biz if you do so...Also, based on experience, the tees shrink in length, making them short for anyone 5ft 5" or taller...so having alternative length should be worth a test run...You could send out a questionnaire to all your customers that invest in this fabric asking their opinion as to what they want & your buying office can evaluate the priorities??? Just a thought...

I love these shirts. I wear them every single day, winter and summer, and I even sleep in them. The only problem is that the length is too short, even though I am short waisted and don't dry them in a dryer. If you had a tall size, I would order it. Please make the regular ones longer! Thank you!

I like these shirts and have several of them (both the long-sleeved crew and the tank). The shirts don't last quite as long as they used to. The fabric seems a bit thinner now. Why did you discontinue Petal Pink?! Please bring it back!
