The SunSmart sun shirt will be my best friend at the pool and in the boat this summer. I like the not-so-tight fit and fabric and it slips over my new bathing suit.

I have not worn this as of yet, it's going with me next week to Thailand. However, I believe it will be perfect for beach and swimming activities. I appreciate all the reviews I read before ordering because based on those reviews, I purchased a small which fits perfectly (I'm 5' 7" weigh 130 lbs.). LL Bean sizings have gone all over the board in the last several years. I used to always count on being able to buy a medium and expect a perfect fit. Now I have to order anywhere from medium to x-small. I am currently awaiting the return of a top in x-small; I had ordered it in small, which fit like a tent.

Recently made this purchase to wear in Florida as protection from the strong sun. I was surprised this Shirt kept me cool & comfortable during a 80+ degree day.

I was very pleased with the black and white print sun shirt. I look forward to wearing it on the river or at the beach or just lounging in the back yard.

Beautiful color. Wear with swimsuit or with shorts as a top. Light weight for summer sun. Got a second color choice too.

This shirt is exactly what I was looking for in a sun shirt. It's soft to the touch and fits well (not too tight). And I like the black-and-white pattern!

Fit and comfort are spot on. It looks nice, and performs as promised: I wore it over my bathing suit instead of slathering myself with sun screen. On a sunny day at Popham Beach, I was comfortable, the long sleeves didn't make it too hot, and I did not burn. The material is stretchy and thin, but appears durable. My shirt survived a marauding sea gull ambush without a snag; unfortunately my sandwich did not!

Runs big as others have said. I usually wear a 12 and the medium wasn't snug. Very comfortable for water sports.
