I love this sweater for the mid weight fabric and cut. There's one issue that has been noted in another review. It has a stiff pokey and itchy tag at the back that irritated my neck. I tried very carefully removing it with a seam ripper and cuticle scissors. Unfortunately it clipped the yarn and I had to try mending the hole. If you must put a tag somewhere please consider some place other than the neck or make the tag easier to remove. Great sweater otherwise.

Nice sweater. However, I was looking for a white sweater and this sweater is ivory color.. in this case, Paperweight color is NOT white. Returned.

I bought two of these sweaters, a navy and a burnt mahogany. The size label in each is S, small. The mahogany, however, is a size larger. I like the fabric and style but won't buy again because the sizing is so inconsistent. It appears that more quality control oversight is needed.

Great sweater, but I sized up. I was unsure about the off white because it seemed to have a yellow tinge, but it's a really nice color. The website doesn't do it justice. I couldn't get a pic that accurately reflected the actual color.

Solid basic summer fall sweater. Runs a smidge small I thought.

I tried this sweater on at a local LL Bean store. They had a sea foam green color in a small. I don't normally wear a small because I have long arms, but loved the color. It fit fine & is not tight fitting. It was long enough, as well. I'm 5'5" tall, weigh 133, normally wear a size 6. It's very soft & comfortable. I'm happy with it.

I returned this XS as it was too large, much larger than my 3 year old version of this one. The XS in the store was even larger, probably from hanging so long. My old one has a smaller neck too, which I like. The material and yellow color were very nice.

Runs a little large for a medium, but I kept it anyway

I like the weight of this sweater, which can be worn from early spring into mid fall in New England. The texture is soft and nubby, the shape hangs well without looking like a barrel, and the rolled neckline is a nice design touch. I like to fold back the cuffs to make the sleeve length 3/4. Over the years, I have purchased Classic Navy, Light Amethyst, Pale Turquoise, Soft Indigo, and Bay, so I guess I like this sweater. The style is trim and versatile enough to wear with skirts, khakis, and jeans. The brighter shades (Pale Turquoise and Navy, of course) look very smart over white linen cropped pants on a nippy summer evening. When the sweater gets a bit worn, I keep it for a cool-weather pajama top/coverup.

Love the , slub roll neck sweater. They are great for Minnesota weather. I had one and ordered a second. Hard thing is, it's still in the catalog, but most of the colors in XS are not available. Wash well and trueto size,

This is a casual, loose-fitting nubby cotton sweater. I liked the neckline (rolled over) and overall feel of the fabric. I originally ordered a medium regular but it was unusually long so I reordered the same sweater in petite. I am happy with my purchase.

Nice lightweight material with a fun texture. It seems to run small overall. I always get small sweaters here that are just right but this one is a little short in length and sleeves.

Nice material, a little boxy and odd length as it's too heavy to tuck in but the band around the bottom doesn't make for a great drape

Although I prefer more refined fabrics in my sweaters (merino, cotton jersey, linen knit), I really like this slub cotton knit. Its weight manages to be both warm and cool, making it versatile for all but the warmest summer days. Yet on a cool summer evening in an air conditioned restaurant, I wore the Pale Turquoise over white cropped linen pants. Because of the loose weave, it can shrink in body/sleeve length after a gentle, cold-water wash inside a lingerie bag, but I manage to return it to its normal size by blocking, reshaping, and drying flat. It will also stretch out a bit while wearing. Because the knit is loopy, I have to be careful around my pets, as their nails have caused a pulls, but a Dritz Snag Nab-It fixes that right up. The neck opening looks like a boat neck in the online images, but on me, the neckline fits more like an open crew. I like this sweater so much, I purchased it in 5 colors.

Lightweight, comfortable, just a tad shorter than I would like. If I bought again, I would definitely size up for a bit looser, more relaxed fit.

I love the light aqua color. Turns out I'm not a huge fan of this loose knit slub. I like slub cotton shirts, but in the thicker knit of this sweater it feels a little rough. It's also a bit short in the torso. Overall though, it's pretty enough that I didn't consider returning it.

This is a lovely sweater, not too warm, not too light. And I picked the blue and it was a very nice shade. The only reason I'm not keeping it is because I wanted the fabric/yarn to be softer than it was. It wasn't scratchy, it wasn't rough, I just wanted it to be softer. Sometimes cotton is.

This top is really comfortable. I love the feel of cotton. The fit is boxy but not too roomy.

I ordered two of these sweaters in different colors. They fit well, are very comfortable under a heavier layer and the cost is reasonable.
