I really like this sweater - it is cotton - mid weight and very comfy. A good sweater for spring, summer and fall - especially in the evenings or cooler days. The fit is perfect for me and I would buy it again in another color. A great wardrobe addition.

It is very soft and comfortable. I wore a nylon turtleneck underneath for the first time but it will be perfect for warmer weather. You do not need to wear anything under it. I actually bought 2 and I am so glad I did!

I purchased the Women's Midweight Cotton Slub in "soft indigo" and I love it. I wear a large most of the time, but bought this in an XL because I like sweaters roomy, especially when I wear a turtleneck under them. Great sweater!!!

After receiving my sweater in green, I immediately order two more in peach and indigo. That should give an indication of how much I like this sweater. The slub knit gives so much depth and character to the fabric. I would say it it medium weight with a slightly loose weave. I am also pleased that it is cotton. Before ordering my first sweater, I read several of the reviews. Most reviews said that it ran large. I almost always wear a 1X in almost every brand except for LLBean where I order a 2X. I decided to go with the 1X and it is perfect and still plenty loose. I like my clothing a little on the large size....I am not fond of looking like a stuffed sausage! The sleeve length is perfect and I like how it fits closely and comfortably to my neck. Personally, I would like it just a little shorter, but I think most people would like the overall length. I wear it most often with jeans. I would highly recommend this sweater.

Tis is a good sweater for when it's not really cold but not warm enough for a light top.

This sweater can be dressed up with jewelry and/or a scarf. It can also be worn casually with jeans. It is a lighter weight so can be worn in the spring or on cool summer evenings. I purchased it in white and in lavender (a beautiful color!).

I have worn and washed this sweater several times. Before putting it in the dryer I shake it out so it does not shrink and it comes out great. The sweater works with casual and more dressy attire. I have the mint green and the blue colors. I am very happy with it.

Pretty peach color in classic, timeless style. This sweater does run slightly smaller than other similiar sweaters I own, so I sized up. Recommend sizing up if you prefer a looser fit. The sleeves are a good length. Typically, same size shirts have sleeves that are too long for me but these are perfect. The weave is slightly loose, so wear a coordinating under garments if you don't want any show through. It washes really well. I recommend drying on a flat surfaces. I would buy another one in the near future.

I might have been able to order the medium; but I like sweaters to be a little large than fit too snugly. Love L L Bean clothes, especially your winter ones.

Bought this sweater as a seasonal transition piece. I love the mint green color which is a pretty light green perfect for spring. It washes and drys well and although instructions say to lay flat to dry, I always buy a larger size so can dry on low heat in the dryer. Very happy with this purchase.

Some customers complained about the color (natural), but in reality it is a very soft, faint color of yellow. I loved the color and it is very comfortable, easily worn during the day or if you are lucky to be able to dine in a restaurant , nice addition to black or navy pants or crops.LL

Pros: lovely blue color, soft yet not flimsy, comfortable, light-weight for spring, relaxed fit Cons: honestly cannot think of any cons. Both length and fit are perfect (I ordered a petite medium and I'm 5'3" and 136#.)

Love this cotton sweater

Initially, I bought this sweater in soft indigo, but I returned it because the color was more like pewter grey than blue and also it had a large pull. I exchanged it for lightest peach and couldn't be happier. The fit is perfect, the weight is just right and it feels great. I like it so much that I might get it in another color. The only thing that I would like to point out is that in the photos the neck looks looser than the one that I received. I would have preferred that, but I still like the sweater.

This pullover sweater is as comfortable as it looks! I have enjoyed wearing it and the compliments that I've received. Love the soft colors too!

I love the feel and texture of this sweater. I live in Las Vegas, and it's perfect for winter wear around here. It washes up beautifully and is very comfortable.

My size is somewhere between a medium and a large. This sweater has a nice comfortable loose fit, generous length, great fabric with surface interest, light weight, also liked that shoulders were not in-set, and that it's washable.
