I've ordered the same style suit over about 15 years in different colors and am always pleased

I am 58. Moderately active. This suit was on sale so I splurged on the slimming, crossover style instead of best value tank. It is very flattering on, disguising my thickening middle and covers my bum. I will not be swimming in it for another few months but fabric seems of great quality. I love to purchase from L.L. Bean because they offer excellant quality merchandise and excellant customer service.

I have purchased seven of these Slimming Swimwear suits in the last several years. The fit is elegant and perfect for swimming laps, plus it looks great for lounging poolside. One of the suits lost its elasticity in the front, and another one faded terribly after 8 months, but LLBean is sending me two replacement suits for free. I swim a mile a day in a chlorinated pool, and these suits are a delight to swim in.

Great fit and great coverage all while looking stylish. Was very comfortable to swim in, lay by the pool in or to wear kayaking - it's a winner!

I swim laps in the pool at the YMCA. This suit stays in place and is beautiful.

I really like this suit and am so happy that I was able to get it on sale at the end of the season. I order a long even though I am short and it fits perfectly.

Have never put on a bathing suit as comfortable as this. Ordered long, since I have a long torso, and the fit and comfort are credible! Love the design and colors, too.

Loved this suit from the moment I put it on, in spite of the V-neck which I normally loathe. Beautiful in teal blue watercolor. Usually I need a long bodied suit, so I ordered that too, (in the leaf print as watercolor was sold out in my size) but the straps were too loose. I'm keeping the regular, the long goes back. So I'm super happy, I got the suit that fits best in the color I prefer. Can't comment on how it wears yet. Need some beach or pool time.

I have never purchased a swimsuit without trying it on first, but this suit is comfortable and fits just right. Really stylish, slimming, and nice looking.

Comfortable and looks great. My other suit from LL BEAN lasted for 3 years of lake and pool water. I believe this will do the same. Nice quality swim wear.

Love this swimsuit bought two. One in the blue and one in light purple. Got lots of complements on both suits. Fit is perfect. Would recommend.

Bought 2 swimsuits. Colors were true to the web site and catalogue. Good material and fit. Slimming for a plus size. Wore at the beach on Cape Hatteras and received compliments from other vacationing women in the condo complex! Held up well for 2 weeks through salt, sand, ocean, and pool use. Dried quickly, held shape and color.

I like this suit and have it in 2 other colors from last summer. I normally wear a 10 long in Bean swimwear. This style runs larger on top so I ended up with size 8 regular for two of the suits and one size 8 long. The 8 long is a bit more comfortable but I couldn't get the others in 8 long at the sale price. Nice swimsuit!

I purchased this suit for the style and because it was on sale; I usually just get an inexpensive suit at an outlet store, but decided to splurge for a really nice one! This is a marvelous suit; it is a great fit and highly flattering. Please note I got the "long" version for my height. I was so happy with the style that I bought another one just like it in a different color. It is so worth the money to have a nicer suit that fits really well.

The long torso suit fits perfectly and is very comfortable.

I love the flattering design, quality fabric, and the fact that it is chlorine resistant. It has been SO hard to find a reasonably-priced swimsuit that fits and flatters. I have a long torso (even though I'm only 5'4"), and regular swimsuits always are too tight in the straps. This fits beautifully--and does provide some much-needed sculpting of my tummy. I swim several days a week in a chlorinated pool and this is just perfect for me. I bought 2 and will be buying more as I need them. Please continue making this design!

Bought this to wear in Cabo for vacation. Loved it.

This is the second time I have bought this swimsuit, just what I was looking for! Bought one in the summer, then again in the fall when it was on sale. The back fits perfectly, no bumps or lumps, and the front doesn't plunge! As a middle aged woman, this covers me up without making me look "old", great swimsuit!

This suit is perfect for the athletic minded woman. No tugging on the backside as you come out of the water or hugging your chest waiting for a clothing malfunction at the beach. Loved it so much I bought another. Worth the price. Used it for kayaking, windsurfing, body surfing and sun bathing. Looks great too
