Beautiful fabric color and pattern. Good feel. Nice draping. Slightly lower cut than I'd like - I'd prefer no cleavage showing.

I'm 5'4", 165 lbs, ordered the size 16 D cup- fit is good and the top feels secure and snug when swimming at the community pool. Color is great with so many different shade of blue I was easily able to wear it with some other LL Bean suit bottoms I owned. Only reason review is not a five, is because I'm reserving that for the tank top style I also purchased!

I bought this tankini in the sale color, which looks great. However, it is a lot longer on me than on the model - it goes down to my hips - you can't see the brief much from the front. There is also a slight flaring at the bottom. Overall, though, the fit is good. I bought two in different sizes - 10 and 12. I'm returning the 10 because it is too tight (I'm 5'5 and 132 lbs with a large midriff). It is easier to get this tankini on by stepping into it instead of pulling it over your head.

Very good fit. Good coverage. I have not worn it yet because summer has not arrived yet.

Ordered for a trip to a waterpark. I read past reviews and decided to order my recommended size and one size larger, so glad I did! My recommended size did run small so it went back and I kept the larger. Very comfortable, very flattering! Thinking about ordering another in different fabric! 4 stars due to sizing.

After reading the reviews before buying I did size up. Fits good. Would have liked a bit more support/lift for my chest. Although, I believe if I would have ordered my size I might have gotten the support/lift but it would have been too tight under the arms; as the size up fits just right under the arms. (5'6" 203lbs)

I like a two piece bathing suit for practical purposes and was attracted to this one's "slimming" feature, the neckline, and the nice array of print fabrics. I wanted a bathing suit top that would be comfortable and a good fit. This item mostly delivers those features. It runs small and tight. I'm 5'8", 140 lbs, and have a long torso and broad shoulders. I needed a 14. (Order up at least one size.) I bought the tankini for a trip to Mexico, wore it all day at a resort for several days in a row, and, by the end of each day, the shoulder straps were digging into my shoulders. I recommend this item with some reservations about the comfort and fit.

I bought this top in the Riviera Blue Tile. Oh my gosh, it's beautiful. Before I tell you what I like, I must say I am having to return it to exchange for a larger size. I am 5'2", 125# and I wear a 40D bra. My shirt size is 6 to 8, in Bean my favorite shirts are medium petite. My shoulders are quite narrow. Based on the reviews from others, I ordered a 10 and figured I might swim in a size that large (haha), but dang it's too snug and I am sending back for a 12. In addition to the color, I really like the fit - or I will once I get a larger size. It comes down nicely over the waist of the skirt bottom I bought, there will be no riding up or gap. The elastic in the garment holds everything tight in the abdomen area. A bit of a poof out of my skin on the back where the straps meet the bodice kind of in the underarm area, but it's not bad and will probably be solved with the larger size. I really like the way the bra "collects" me. I am a 70-year old woman and in that pendulous rather than perky stage of my life, but this suit presents everything nicely without any gap at the top. I am extremely impressed that this happens without an underwire. Bottom line is that I'm convinced I will love this once I get the next size up.

After trying several tankinis from a competitor I discovered this awesome tankini. As other reviewers have indicated the fit is not correct. I usually wear a 12 or 14 & needed 16 in this item. It is generous enough in the bust to accomodate a d cup figure. I would definitely order another if it were available in more "beachy" colors and prints like some of your other tankinis. Please offer it in aqua, bright blue, pink etc. The tropical print didn't appeal to me. The shirred waist really does have a slimming effect. The bust has adequate coverage without looking frumpy. Matching swim shorts would also be appreciated. As a grandmother I still want to look attractive while also being well covered!

Love both the tankini top and one-piece, but, had to order (2) sizes up. I normally am a twelve, small C...but, had to order a sixteen. While it's only a number - it makes it a process to order/re-order.

I like this bathing suit a lot, even though the fit is very snug. Be sure to order up if you are between sizes. Hoping this will fit me well by the time summer arrives.

Excellent top. Just order one size up, at least. I am 5'3" about 165, cup D-DD, fit with a little squishy. Normally size 14. Too tight! Just ordered 16.

Love the print and slimming design and construction. It fits nicely. It is lined, so too warm for me in the Carribean but will be great in N.H. I am 5'5" and weigh 140 pounds, small chested and needed a 12. Runs small by at least one size.

This top is nice looking and the shirring is flattering. It's somewhat hard to get on and off, though, because the elastic supporting the bra is tight. It would be nice if it had a hook and eye closure for the band.

I really like this suit, it offers full coverage and, somehow, tastefully hides many of my flaws. I ordered the suit in a size larger than I normally would because I usually feel like my chest is "bursting" from my bathing suits. This was NOT the case with this specific suit. The soft cups didn't offer as much "control" as I'm used to; nor, as much as I would like. I'm going to return the suit for a smaller size.

A little tight for a small , compared to your shirts

Not for me, too big, unflattering, but I can't really fault the clothing. Sometimes you try a thing on and it's just not for you. I wish it came with more support

I wanted to like this swim top but the size I ordered was too big, and I didn't like the odd way the material draped across the bust area. Plus it was really hard to get on and off. The colors were beautiful, but not enough to keep it.

I loved the style of this top, and the dark navy pattern. It was a perfect match for the navy bottoms, which those fit perfectly! Unfortunately, the top was just a little too tight, so I had to return it. I kept the bottoms and found a Curve Design top to make it work. Llbean is a wonderful store. With great clothes. I just wish you had a store out in California for us West Coast folks.

Order a couple sizes bigger, they are not kidding about the shaping part. I ordered the size that was my regular shirt size and I have a shoulder with limited range. So I was able to get it over my head, but not pull the top down. I love the quality of L.L. Bean products.

Loved the look of the bathing suit and how it looked and fit once on. But what a struggle pulling the elastic part over the head and shoulders and pulling down. I returned as I don't want to get my husbands help every time I put it on.

Maybe because I'm overly chesty, but the top didn't sit right on me. Also, the dark black/blue pattern was too dull for me, would have preferred it as a solid black or blue, or a brighter pattern.

I had to order this beautiful Tankini Top Print 2x and it was still skin tight(way to tight/small). I was very disappointed and decided not to try a 3rd time. The material was very nice and the print was beautiful.

Runs very small. Usually I wear a 14 in a bathing suit but this 14 was so tight I could barely get it on. Have to return it. Pretty print and good quality.

I like everything about the top when it arrived. It fit well and was the perfect top to swim in at the local YMCA. The top however faded within a month of wearing. I swim three days a week and rinse the top after every swim. I was very surprised to see how quickly the top faded with so little use. Otherwise I was happy with it. The bottoms I purchased are the same in the photo. The bottoms have not faded.
