I really like these shorts. They fit well and are very comfortable. Ripstop feature handy when I want a looser fit amd also for a more taut fit. Well done. Recommend highly.

I wear these shorts right out of the dryer with the cuffs rolled up. They are cute, casual and comfy. I wear them with cropped t-shirts and they look great.

Nice style/length, and just slightly stretchy. I wear a 3x in most brands, but frequently they are not quite large enough with LL Bean. This item is a better fit.

I ordered these late summer and they were on backorder but the weather was so nice here I got to wear them when they arrived in October, VERY happy with the cut and fit and ease of on/off, especially when one is muddy from the garden or hiking.

I wanted a pair of shorts for hiking and these fit the bill. Fabric is soft so no chaffing, pockets are handy. I like the snap tab on the legs, keeps the fabric closer to the leg. I have thinner legs so I use the snap tab.

I love these shorts. I want shorts that are a longer length. These are perfect. They are also comfortable to wear. I actually bought these in several colors.

Great fit. Loose and roomy in legs. Light weight so stayed cool on hot days.

I ordered the dark taupe and it's a beautiful, natural looking color. I was concerned they might be too short when buttoned up so I planned on wearing them down. I tried them on buttoned up and it was also perfect. I have a very small waist so can pull the string to take up the slack. I really like the way they look, and I don't even like wearing shorts. LL Bean sizing is perfect. Please don't change a thing. I think people who think some sizing is too big might not be checking the size chart. For women, Bean size Small is 6 to 8 and another company might be 4 to 6. They have the best sizing for the most comfortable fit. A Small at the other company is too tight and sizing up to the 8 to 10 is too big. LL Bean has that all figured out and has the most comfortable sizing.

They are comfortable and a good length just above the knees. They look nice and the cloth dries quickly.

Perfect even though I normally wear petite. I like that is can be shortened some if I wanted that look.

These ripstop shorts are the best. They are durable while also being flattering and easy to wear. These shorts are comfortable and appropriate to wear anywhere.
