I love these capris!! They are perfect for sailing. It's important for me to wear something that provides some sun protection and is still light enough to be comfortable and cool. These capris fit the Bill. I wear a Plus size and only wish there were more colors available in plus.

I fully intend to buy another pair of these! The are comfy, light weight and a great option for the warm weather!!

The fabric is light and comfortable and of high quality. The pants fit well and are extremely comfortable. I may buy a second pair in another color.

I absolutely love these cropped pants! I think they are the best fitting pants I've ever had from LLBean! They are a perfect weight fabric for summer heat, with an adjustable hem! I would buy these pants again!

I have these in both the long and cropped versions. They are incredibly comfortable, lightweight for hot weather, dry quickly, and are cute. The elastic waist makes them easy to put on and take off. I'm wearing them now. I don't consider these to be serious hiking pants. (After all, they are called "camp" pants.) I have worn the comfort trail pants for years for hiking, and they have bigger pockets and seem a bit sturdier. But these are cuter, and are better for lounging, doing errands or neighborhood walks. I agree with some other posters who said they'd like to see these offered in lighter colors.

These offer the same quality as the pants, however they are too long for a cropped pant on a short person. I would recommend for taller people. I wish llbean would offer a petite option in this style. I returned them.

if you love pedal pushers, buy these. Shorts are dreadful on me, and cropped pants are so unflattering. These are a dream alternative. Draw the side laces as far as they'll go, and you won't believe how shapely legs appear. Comfort knit waist with pull-on ease, fabric that has no cling and scoffs at wrinkles -- these are a work of genius. Flattering with thongs, sneaks, or loafers. I bought navy and green. They are very well made; seams are beautifully finished. When the inside of a garment is constructed and finished so well that it can almost be worn inside out, you've got a winner. Many thanks, L.L. I have these in the regular length and love them and just got the capri style. They are both the perfect pants for summer for taking walks. I love the drawstring waist for a custom fit. I could go with XS or S but the small is nice because you have a little extra room for air flow. The light fabric is very comfortable and airy. The adventurer/explorer look with the pockets showing is also fun. Highly recommended!

I bought these capris a year or two ago at the end of season sale. I have PMLE and have to avoid direct sun especially during prime-time hours. I hate being hot, don't like wearing pants in the summer, but always feel dowdy in shorts (and frequently capris). I ADORE these pants. The fabric is soft, breathable, lightweight. I have the navy blue and it's more of a greyish blue than a true navy. I had completely forgotten I had these pants until I pulled out a favorite late spring/early summer pullover... and these were underneath. Did I mention they don't wrinkle? That the strange thing that pinches up the base (I'm not describing this well) is surprisingly modern & attractive, and handy. There are so many thoughtful things. Vertical pockets that zip close. Cargo like pockets that don't make my thighs look huge and that have a soft button and band enclosure. Wicking fabric. A wide elastic waistband that doesn't look dowdy (I wear shirts out most of the time anyway) and has elastic ties for a no-butt slippage fit. Here's my favorite little thing. I have a pair of fun cargo trainers in a light fabric from another women's clothing company, but I have to untie them, unzip them, unbutton them to use the restroom, and because the fabric doesn't stretch, the waist is too big and I have to use the ties to make it fit. Awkward. LL Bean's capris? THE TIE IS STRETCHY. It holds up pants when hiking and climbing - yet doesn't have to be untied to slide over my hips. Yea! Just ordered another color for this year. I wish Bean would make medium-length shorts JUST LIKE THESE! Please??

So cool, so comfortable, washes well and dries in about 5 minutes! Can't wait to go travelling with these! Highly recommend

I first bought 3 different new casual summer pants. I only kept the cropped vista camp pants and ordered 2 more pairs in different colors. Love the feel and not hot to wear. You can dress up to wear out with a fancy top or for everyday wear to the store.

These pants are the best! As someone who doesn't feel comfortable in shorts anymore, but still wants to be comfortable and cool, I have ordered these pants in three different colors. The elastic waist is forgiving, the fabric is lightweight and breathable (and dries quickly -- my granddaughter poured water on them and they dried in a New York minute), and the look -- especially with the option to ruck up the legs with ties -- is reasonably stylish. A great alternative to shorts. Love these!

Ordered one pair in extra large and kept them but lost a few pounds and they are a bit too large so ordered two more pair in size large and they fit perfectly. Elastic waist and drawstring make them both fit. Size large is a perfect fit, very comfortable and love the length...reach mid calf. Very soft material. Zip pockets are great, too...things don't fall out when I exercise in them.

I normally wear 16 so didn't want to go with a large and be uncomfortable. I got the xl and although a little big, fits very comfortably.

These are so comfortable and dry really quickly. I will be getting some more.

Had to exchange them for a smaller size. Turn around time was awesome!! I think it helps that I also live close to ME. These are very light weight, airy and VERY comfortable. I just wish the side leg pockets were bigger. Other than that they are great. I wasn't sure I'd like the hazelnut color but it's not actually that bad. Don't really have shirts to go with them, so it gives me an excuse to buy some new shirts to go with them. : )

Love these pants. You can dress them up or dress them down. The fit is quite flattering. I love the zippered Pockets so you never lose your keys. Very lightweight and perfect for the Heat. They're easy to travel with and pack down to nothing.

Love these. Fit is like I expected with 1X. Material wasn't what I expected. It's light weight for summer. I would explain the material as like a wind breaker material.

I bought these for my trip to Aruba and wore them on the flight to and from and out to dinner twice. They are so comfortable and soft! I am going to order another pair now! I love the zip pockets for securing my license and debit card.
