Light weight pants that dry quickly and keep you cool. I was surprised at how big and baggy they were. I usually wear a M and they are quite loose and slip down my hips. Fit is not as expected for active wear.

Love the comfortable waistband. They dry easily and are great for all kinds of weather. The pant is the best but the color is awful PLEASE Please make a khaki.

Comfortable. Well designed to carry phone and keys. The fabric pills terribly, needs improvement.

These pants fit me perfectly and seem to be true to size. BUT, the front pockets are not deep enough to secure a cell phone or money clip. The money clip will fit into the slash pocket - just barely - so you have to keep it zipped. A cell phone will not fit into the thigh pockets. And, the thigh pockets close with an awkward button. If you're carrying a back-up, these pants are probably ok. But, they are not suitable if you're trying walk without any other bags. So, in some cases, I'd say they're perfect. But, in orders they are lacking in significant ways.

If you are looking for khakis these are not them. These are thin and breathable but downsize one size to fit, they run big. I'm exchanging mine for a smaller size.

The pants are made of a very nice light fabric. The overall construction is great, very comfortable. But . LL Bean wake up! Women need pockets large enough to fit a cell phone. Every pocket in these pants is just a bit too small and I don't have a large phone (iPhone X) ! A serious disappointment and why I can't recommend these pants. Very disappointing after waiting 3 months for these!

These pants are much lighter-weight than I expected - they are definitely appropriate for summer wear only. In addition, the pockets are too small to comfortably fit a wallet in, and the main reason I wanted these pants was because they seemed to have lots of pockets and room for storage. Not the case. The color is nice.

The fabric in these pants is very light and comfortable. The cut is flattering and the zip pockets are a nice secure design. My only suggestion is to make the cargo pockets functional to hold a cell phone. With four pockets it is frustrating to not have one to hold a phone. The design of your Vista Trekking pants cargo pockets is perfect, with an ample size and secure zipper. Yet the camp pants have a flattering narrower leg, pull on style, and come in more colors than the trekking pants.

The fabric is great, very soft and breathable. But it is not able to be altered, so these have to fit PERFECTLY. They are way way too long. Even with the bottom cinched and ballooned over, I could trip over them. Can't shorten them. The waistband is large, loose, not snug enough so they droop down so the crotch gets very baggy. Again, can't take them in to get them to fit right. I was very excited to try these. But they all went back. If they fit you perfectly, then great, I think you'll love them. But you will want to try these on before purchasing.

I really wanted to love these! They are comfortable and functional. However, the fabric is not durable. I wore these on a single backpacking trip and the fabric is pilling on the thighs. I didn't even know this type of fabric could do that. Maybe these are better for lounging.

The pants are not made of sturdy fabric. When they got wetted and I put them in the dryer, they came out very wrinkled. I am afraid to iron them because of the fabric warnings. Otherwise, they fit well and have the features I expected.

Very comfortable fit, lightweight fabric, nice feel. BUT they snag on stuff sooooo easily, now I have random threads sticking out here and there. Still comfortable, but too quickly "broken in."

Wonderful, comfortable, light-weight pants! And a delicious 6 pockets! So why, LLBean, would you make the cargo and nicely buttoned back pockets so small? No "cargo" (or phone) will fit there! You do have nice, large, zippered front pockets, but its uncomfortable to sit with a phone in your front pocket.

I bought these along with the "Women's Stretch Ripstop Pull-On Pants" and prefer the other. These are very thin, fit is good but I don't like the draw string on the bottom as much as I thought I wouldn't mind. They are just strange and feel too thin. I really like the other pants I got, much thicker and the bottoms do not have the draw string.

Pants are very comfortable, but a bit too baggy in the legs and hips for my body shape. If you are a curvy gal, these pants will fit you well. I like the pockets, and the comfy waist. These will be good for camping. Just wish the material was a little more substantial. I don't think I can wear these in the garden, they would snag on the rose bushes. Gave an average rating because of the material.

Got the sale color. Tried on, but have not worn them yet. The string in the waistband is an elastic material that keeps stretching like a rubber band, so it cannot be pulled tight. Trying to decide whether to keep, since I need to snug up the waist and the tie is useless.

I liked these pants immediately and they are as comfortable as everyone here says they are, BUT, they started to pill soon after I started to wear them. That was not an expectation I had of this material or pants at this price, so I reduced my rating accordingly. They will not be long lasting or remain as good looking for as long as I had hoped. That is disappointing.

I LOVE these pants so much and have multiple pairs in capri and full length I am tall (5' 11') and they fit me really well. I agree with the other reviews about the pilling and pulling. I have a cat and the first time he jumped into my lap, I got a big snag in my favorite capris. So now I have two pairs in each color - a "good" pair and an "old" pair. Not great financially/economically but with work from home these are a nice comfy alternative to sweats.

I usually wear medium or size 10 but these were just too big all around. Petite lengths seem to be longer than they used to be. Returning these.

I love these pants--the fit, the very light weight (perfect for Florida) the quick dry. But there is a quality control problem. The stitching on 3 of the 4 pairs I have bought has been faulty on the seat seams or the diagonal seams across the thighs. Because of the things I like about the pants I have bought them even knowing about the stitching problem and restitched them myself, but, really. L.L. Bean, you can do better.

I had expected the material to be bit more Substantive, they are very thin weight.
The legs are tailored through the hips.

I LOVE these pants, soft comfy fabric, good fit & dry quickly. Problem is the fabric pills. Will not order again because of this.

I love the fit and feel of these pants, so lightweight and comfy. I was so thrilled with my first pair that I immediately ordered another. However, then I realized these pants are not tough enough for even my sedentary life. They are very easily snagged, which in my three-cat home is a constant risk. They even snag on the slightly rough underside of the frame of my dining room table. The big pull is from one of my cats 5 minutes ago. For my budget, these are not cheap pants. It's distressing to think that after a couple of months they're only good for wearing at home.
