Just returned for three weeks on safari and these pants were fabulous. They pack easily, don't wrinkle too much. Lightweight and the elastic waist is super comfy. I'm ordering more in other colors.

These pants feel great - wonderful texture, nice color (grey), perfect fit, stylish (so my husband tells me), light, and ease of movement. I read some reviewers mention pilling but I have yet to see it after one wash. I probably should go through a few more cycles of wash before I buy more of these pants, but I love them so much that I am going to buy a few more in different colors. These would be perfect in my retirement that starts in 10 days!

I have two pairs of Vista Camp Pants and love them! However, I'm 5'8" and the regular inseam is a little short. Could you make these in a taller inseam? Those of us that are tall would be ever so grateful. Also, the material has gotton nubby in certain areas but that may be due to high wear. I still love them and would purchase additional pairs if they were in a longer length.

great fit, love all the pockets for dog walking and hiking. Hard to purchase pants with pockets. Material very comfortable.

I ordered XL but they were too large so I exchanged for a size large and they were perfect ! So very comfortable with very nice pockets for my phone. Love the material will be great for spring, summer and fall.

Loved these pants. Very comfortable and easy to wear. Great for traveling as well as everyday wear. I bought one of each color and look forward to wearing them this summer, we have very hot weather. I would wear these instead of shorts. Good sun protection too..

I purchased the XL. I wore these pants nearly everyday on a trip to Spain. They are comfy, nice-looking and have useful pockets. They are lightweight and on an especially chilly day I wore tights underneath. The fabric is stretchy without being baggy. They washed easily by hand and dried quickly. They are spendy but worth it, highly recommended!

I looked for hours online to find lightweight nylon pants with an elastic waist, and with some stretch so that they don't pull down at the waist when I bend over or sit down. Columbia had nothing, although they don't tell you if the waist is elastic so I ordered several styles that then turned out to not have any elastic even though they had a drawcord (?!), and they also were all way too long (I'm 5'6") and so baggy that they looked silly. Some pants I got were 100% nylon, so they don't stretch at all and pull down uncomfortably unless you stay standing. These LLBean pants have a nice elastic waist, an external drawcord, good stretch, and 6 very-functional pockets that are big enough (the hand pockets even hold an iPhone 6Plus) and are secured with buttons or zippers. They are also much better looking on than any of the Columbia, ExOfficio, Lands' End and other brands I found because the legs are slimmer and the length is appropriate. I wish these pants came in at least one lighter color so that I could see ticks on them. Even the Toasted Almond and Navy are very dark. Being able to see ticks is especially important to me in the Northeast, but increasingly in FL too. I also wish that the hand pockets didn't have zippers on them since the zippers are uncomfortable when you want to have your hands in the pockets. A zippered pocket behind one hand pocket would be good instead. Note: I often take an XL size in other brands, but the L was just right.

These pants are truly superlative. Excellent fit, *extremely* comfortable and flexible, great lightweight material that feels breezy and does not hold wrinkles--just the ideal pants for light activity on a warm day. Note that they run true to size for Bean's stretchy pants/sweatpants, which run much bigger than their chinos, jeans, etc. (I wear a medium in Bean's stretchy pants and can barely get into a 14 in most other styles.)

I usually cannot wear women's slacks, but I LOVE these lightweight pants! Ordered both the navy and the granite colors. Extremely comfortable, especially on a long plane flight. The petite length (29") was perfect for me. I ordered these pants along with the Gray Heather and Indigo Heather Airlight Pullovers, and the colors match very nicely. I'm very happy with these items!

This is the first time I've ever ordered clothing from llbean.Prior to this I've ordered linens and travel items. These pants are the closest thing to the perfect pant I've ever worn. You simply wipe off any stain, and the material ensures no ironing is ever needed. This won't be the last pair I order.

I hope these last forever and if they don't, I hope LL Bean will continue to carry them for as long as I last! A minor problem is that the pockets are small but then there are plenty of them. Just don't try to put big things in them. The reason I gave them 5 stars is that I have a big waist but no butt so most pants don't fit well. These do and they are super comfortable. I have had a number of compliments about them.

I bought these to replace a pair of super comfortable pull-on pants that I have worn for travel on planes for several years. These are lighter weight but so very comfortable. I love all the pockets too.

These pants are fabulous. Light weight and very comfortable. Tried 1 pair and ended up buying 3 more. Probably too lightweight for cold winters, but great for Southern weather. Wash and dry very well. I wear them every day and want some of the shorts. My hips are slim compared to my waist so they are roomy in the hips which I prefer. Great pants. Please don't discontinue. I get lots of compliments about them.

I bought these pants in anticipation of doing more traveling and hiking in the near future and I think they will be perfect. They have plenty of pockets, dry quickly, and are lightweight and easily packable. Although I purchased the XS, they are a little baggy in back and I also have the draw cord pulled as tightly as possible. However, this did not deter me from keeping them as they are ultra comfortable. The length, while slightly long, was acceptable, since I could adjust the bottoms by cinching them in a bit.

I bought these pants for a hiking trip. I am more pear shaped and was concerned about the fit but after reading the reviews stuck with a medium which I normally wear. The petite length was spot on and fit well over my hiking boots. These fit perfectly and were my go to pant, even after they were a little dirty from the hikes. The stretch makes them very comfortable and the zip pockets were really handy for carrying my phone. I plan to order more of these in different colors and also in the crop length.

Love these pants, so comfortable and the leg length at 31 inches is just right. So they give a great fit, material is soft and lightweight.

I have them in every color and wear them boating. Fit well, dry fast and I love the useful cargo and front zip pockets.

I am tall (5' 9) with a 33 inch inseam and weigh 120 lbs.Its almost impossible to find pants which are long and small.Most tall sizes only come in s not xs and the xs have an inseam of 27. I bought these in xs. The inseam is 31 which for this style pant is perfect for me. They fit like a glove, have an adjustable ankle band so I wear them like a jogger since they come right to my ankle bone. I may get every color! Thank you LLBean for carry an xs with a decent inseam.

I took these on a week-long trip and couldn't believe how comfortable they were! I ended up washing them in the sink several times so I could wear them instead of jeans, and each time they dried overnight. The stretch provides comfort but they didn't get baggy, and the adjustable elastic waist was never too tight. I especially like the drawstring around the ankle, since my legs are short and most pant legs are too long for me. I will definitely buy another pair of these!

I love the material in these pants, lightweight and cool. There are lots of pockets and I like the drawstring option on legs. I have even used for yoga. I plan to use as travel pants on longer trips.

I love these pants. Bought them for a hot vacation and they were like wearing nothing, so light & cool. Quality seems very good, washed well & dried fast. I want another pair.
