A perfect fit...I love these pants! Please don't stop making them in petite sizes. And bring back the olive green shade...it's a versatile, 3-season classic. The material is light in warm weather so I can keep covered up but still stay cool. In late spring or early fall when they're not quite warm enough, I wear thin silk long underwear underneath. It fits without being bulky, gives me the extra warmth I need, and stretches the season of wearability at both ends. I have one pair for hiking and yardwork and three other pairs for wearing as street clothes. When I go out shopping I use the buttoned cargo pockets to keep my car key and credit card close to my body...hidden and safe. I love these pants and have them in several colors: almond, olive and navy. I love the matching shorts, too. The Vista Camp Pant collection is a winner!

Wonderful Pants! They feel so light and cool and fit me perfectly. I love all the pockets and the small strap at the bottom that I can pull snug to raise my pant legs. The stitching feels very secure and the fabric feels really strong. I highly recommend these pants! Please keep making them!

Absolutely the best-fitting and most comfortable pants I've purchased (or made) in a long time. The leg width is EXACTLY what I prefer: a bit loose but nowhere near wide-leg; I'm short and a bit heavy in the legs. The fabric is very lightweight and perfect for hot days and I've not noticed any snagging like others have reported. However, if you are size 10 and slender, I think you'd be swimming in these. I plan to purchase more.

I test wore these pants to work to see how they would do. They are very comfortable and lightweight and will be perfect for our upcoming travels. Has enough pockets. I like that the ankles can be cinched if desired, but i don't like that you essentially have to pull out the elastic and tie it to cinch the ankles. And, if there was some kind of locking slide mechanism with a way to safely tuck the excess elastic loop back into the pant, it would be ideal. The way you have to tie the elastic and leave a loop could be a safely hazard....will it get caught in luggage? Escalator? Etc.? Guess i can try to tuck the loop under but doubt it would stay. Otherwise, these pants are very comfortable and long enough, as i am 5'8". I plan on bringing silk underwear, for those 40 nights, to wear under these pants, on our travels.

I had bought these pants for myself but they were too big I gifted them to mom and the small, petite fits her perfectly. I could have fit an xs petite but wasn't offered. They are well made and she'll have them a long time

I bought these last year to work in the yard in the Texas heat and to keep away mosquitos and stickers. These are the perfect pants! They are light weight, cool (even when it is in the 90's) and hold up to all the kneeling, brick moving, weed whacking a person can do. I feel like I have a fortress on my legs and can go through anything! Love them!

Vista Camp Pants are so light - perfect for spring through fall. Great fit. I liked the first pair I bought in navy blue, that I ordered a second pair in navy blue and one in black.

I got these for an exploration trip into jungles of Central America. Needed lightweight, water resistant with drawstring leg openings for protection from bugs. These completely fit my needs, cargo pockets a big plus. I live in FL, so will use them at home too.

The pants are great and solve my mosquito peoblem. They are cool and yet protective.

I love them! I went walking with a friend recently and the first thing she said to me was how much she loved the pants. She wanted to know where I got them and I was happy to share that LL Bean came through once again. They are wonderful in the hot muggy weather and very comfortable to wear while hiking or participating in other activities. Thanks!

These are my favorite pants. I use them for everything that is not formal dress. There are 6 pockets and they are a useful size. The fabric has a little stretch for comfort and they are durable. The only complaint I have is the fabric pills with age. I have a couple pair that look good and as they age and the fabric pills they become farm pants. A couple of the farm pants are 7 years old.

Love these pants for hiking and for running around town or great travel pants. They are light, sturdy and have great stretch!

This is the second pair of these pants I have purchased. Great for travel. Fit well with many pockets.

Great for warm weather hiking, as I prefer pants to protect my legs from bugs and scratches. Very lightweight and comfortable. Perfect for traveling, too. Pack up small and comfortable for city walking as a tourist all day. Ordered 2 more pairs. I'm 5ft 2in, 120 lbs. Petite small is perfect size.

Seem like good lightweight pants for hiking, very comfortable.

Wore them on an Alpine hike to almost 10,000 ft (3,000 meters). Kept me cool when it was hot and warm when it got chilly. Dried quickly in the rain and didn't show (much) dirt. They're super lightweight and easy to pack but don't feel insubstantial. My new favorites. Bought the petite small (5'1" 135 lbs) and they fit comfortably.

I love these pants for every day summer wear. I'm 78 yrs old and no longer like to wear shorts. These are light weight and keep my legs cool. I wear them for walking and biking but also nice enough for casual public places.

I own several of these. Great weight for spring, summer and fall in SD. Low dryer until completely dry and no shrinkage. Wearable right from the dryer. I usually wear a size 6. I ordered both small and med. The med could be a tad smaller in the leg but the small being better in that regard just weren't as comfortable. Length was the same for both sizes. I kept the size med which is what my previously purchased ones are. Love these new colors. Very nice casual pant that I can use for golf or with a cute tee and jean jacket I am fine going out for a casual dinner.

Light, sturdy, lots of pockets; large was true to size

These were recommended by a friend and they have everything I want in a pant. Lightweight material that holds up forever! Wash and dry with no problem. Pocketsand they don't stick out. They lay flat! Ability to gather at the ankle or not. Tie waist or elastic. Everything I always wanted. Also love the available colors.

The fit is just right. The elastic drawstring waist is just great for a curvy figure. Fabric is nice for summer.
