The towel was just lovely, and the mother to be lives in Florida so it was a perfect gift. The monogramming was nice as well.

The towel wasn't as thick as I had hoped. Also, my poor friend who was the recipient of this gift had to send it back three times as her name was repeatedly misspelled.

Excellent quality and lovely design. But the huge LLBean logo kinda wrecks it. C'mon, LLBean.

I was searching for a luxurious beach towel and was led to L.L. Bean. Although I like the colors and the starfish, this towel is average. it is not plush as I was hoping for.

This towel is not the same quality cotton as it use to be. I am a masters swimmer and have used Bean towels for 15 years. This towel is now like so many other brands that leaves you feeling wet after you have used it. Disappointed. Bean, please bring back your old towels! They were the best.

I have purchased these beach towels from LL Bean for almost 15 years and this is the worst quality I have seen yet. The towels used to be thick and plush, now they are just thin and sad. Definitely disappointed in the downhill quality, no longer worth the price being asked.
