Easy to wash-right size-my dog loves it-reversible

My dogs love this blanket!. I love it because it is so easy to keep clean. I have 2 big black labs that love to be in the water and come into the house wet...this blanket works well at keeping my furniture protected!

Heavy duty pad. I use on my bed and couch for my dog. Washes nice. The quality is great. Lasts forever.

Wow, wishing we had bought this earlier! We are wondering what LL Bean has put in this blanket because ever since we bought it and put it on our couch, our dogs ONLY sit here! It's so funny and strange, like they know it's just for them. It is serving exactly the purpose we hoped for. Our wild child has also tried to chew and tear through it a few times with no luck - it's apparently extremely durable material that also looks nice in our living room.

It took my dog some time to use it but now he sleeps on it every night. I like it because it's pretty and protects whatever I put it on.

I have mine on the back seat of my new car. Looks very nice and works perfect to set my dog crate on and protects my seat when he hops into the car. It's very soft and nice looking so Would also be nice on a couch or chair or bed. Could even double as a throw for you!

Well made and my dog loves it. She knew it was for her! Pricey but loved the color and needed to protect my rug. My dog lays in the same spot and the rug was starting to look a little worn. Now my dog has her own blanket! Easily moved and can be thrown in the wash.

Great to lay on your couch so your favorite pup can nap without making a mess!

I foster cats. All of them love to sleep on this, no matter what side I use. Easy to wash and dry. If LL Bean would advertise these blankets and beds for dogs and cats, cat lovers would buy them too.

I bought two of these to put on my couch for the dogs. These are very well-made and I thought durable. Unfortunately they were no match for one of my dogs. He has chewed two big holes in both of them!! But aside from that I would still recommend these blankets.

The add doesn't talk about the size of this blanket. It is 42.5 inches long and 33.5 inches wide.

I bought this blanket for my dog's Kurunda bed. It fits perfectly, stays put and both dogs love it! It seems like it will last a lifetime, just like my LLBean dog bed.

We've never bought a specific dog blanket before, but we wanted to see if it might hold up better than normal blankets. So far, we can say it has and it seems like it will. Even better is our dog seems to like it more. We think it might be due to the material on top staying a bit cooler than the other blankets she has had in the past. We, including our dog, are very happy with this purchase.

I like this quilted blanket which I use to protect one of my chairs. It seems sturdy and will likely hold up to every-day use. I dinged it 1 star because the solid blue side is a more canvas-like material that readily shows dirt and dog hair. (A simple shake outside doesn't remedy that, but a lint remover works okay until I can wash the blanket.) The plaid side is a flannel material which disguises the dirt better...but I bought the blanket to use blue side up.

This was pretty good quality as expected but large is smaller than expected.

I've bought several llbean dog (cat) blankets in the dim past. The old ones were, besides made in US, much larger than the current release. They are very durable, wash wonderfully, and stand up to my cats claws. The current release is no longer made in the US, seems lighter (thinner) and the "large" size was much too small - the old ones were large enough to cover the sofa back as well as the seat. I returned it.

The fabric and craftsmanship are outstanding. My only criticism is that the length is two inches shorter than advertised , which though seemingly a small detail, it makes a big difference.

As described, soft flannel, tough outer shell. My only complaint is the navy fades quickly.

No large available at Outlet store. I thought we could get by with medium but it turns out to be a skimpy medium. Also, it turns out our dog is extra large.

Not quite big enough for my dog and although I thought the quality was ok, it lacked the thickness, heftiness in an item priced at 50$

I was shocked that the sizing was off but noticed it immediately bc I buy the "heavy duty "dog blankets in both med & large and placed this right on my bed with my other bean dog blankets . I thought at first I'd accidentally ordered a med but looked up my order and saw it was a large, so I measured it - it states it's 44" long - no it is 40" ! Or mine was ! It's also smaller on the width but I can't recall the exact inches there but it was at least 2" less on width - I checked to see if it were mislabeled bc I can't imagine LLBean misquoting size - I found the tag ( I'd cut prior to washing ) def sized " large" on tag ! Anyway I'm returning and exchanging for my original heavy duty dog blankets- this one isn't half the quality as the old school ones! This one is pretty bc of the flannel, but it was crinkly bc of the bottom waterproof side. Please try to make a blanket w flannel top on the old school canvas type bases of the HD blanket ! And make them the correct measurements !
