Even though it says its 280 thread count pima cotton percale, they do not feel as luxurious as the one I have previously ordered from LL Bean.

The quality is great and the white/vapor color is beautiful, but unfortunately the pockets are too deep for our (new) 12" mattress. After just a few hours of use the fitted sheet becomes a wrinkly mess. Since currently all LLBean's fitted sheets seem to have 15" deep pockets we'll have no choice but look for other brands. Please consider offering at least a few options with 12" pockets!

Bought these several months ago. Nice sheets but the way the bottom sheet is constructed it is baggy and will not stay taunt

I bought the queen size, and I like the look of these sheets. They are bright and cheerful. They are also pretty cool (temperature-wise). I would not call them soft though, they feel very "plastic-y". But all that I'm fine with. What I really don't like is the fit. They *barely* fit over my queen mattress, and the corners are constantly coming the mattress. It's clear that the dimensions are just slightly too small. Ugh, so frustrating.

Nice, however not as soft as my 100% cotton sheets. The top sheet is very wide. More like a king than the queen ordered.

Loved these sheets but they wore out quickly. We use them in summers only, with weekly washing. In less than 2 summers the bottom sheet became thread bare and tore. Very disappointed.

I bought these pima percale sheets in grey and white a few months ago, having bought the blue and white checked ones two years ago and the blue windowpane pattern ones a couple of years earlier than that. All of the older sets are great quality, but the new ones are a huge disappointment for the cost. The fabric is slightly shiny, distinctly thinner, and a little slippery, and feels as if there is polyester in it. No matter how much you iron the sheets, the seams and the hems won't stay flat. Completely different than the earlier purchases. I intend to bring a pillow case back to the store to show them. Also, the fitted sheet is much to big for our king bed and when you turn over in your sleep, it pulls extra fabric onto the bed. I had loved these sheets and considered them the best in the market, but obviously the fabric is not the same or from the same source, and is not worth the money. I buy many things from LL Bean and this is my first disappointment.

I purchased king size sheets as I have previously from LLBean m. These sheets have a nice feel however they are way too large for my king mattress and they bunch up under us.

The sheet material is fantastic and crisp, nice and cool when you first get in bed. However, the fitted sheets are approximately 2 inches wider and longer than my standard size full mattress. The corners wrap down the sides of the mattress, leaving the sheets loose with folds and wrinkles that are uncomfortable. After 1 wash, there is no shrinkage. I find it hard to believe they will shrink at all.

My king size sheets will not stay on the mattress. I have an oversize thick mattress that is too heavy to lift, yet the bottom sheet will not stay on. It is not tight no matter how much tucking I do. By morning the fabric is gathered under me and requires another round of tucking, like the sheets are too big. It is a shame because I love the way they feel.

Put the Queen sheets on my bed and they just seem so baggy on the sides. Thinking I could have got by and ordered a Full set. I have washed these several times and still not impressed.This is the first set that I have bought and not really satisfied. DO NOT LIKE BAGGY FITTED SHEETS.

We decided to purchase the Vapor Grey Percale sheet set along with extra set of pillow cases even though we had read many complaints, figured they were just one off's because of how much we loved our previous sheets. These do not feel like cotton but something coated in wax or plastic, extremely disappointed, not what we expect from LL Bean. We've been happy with every product ever purchased up until now, kicker was the Made in China tag, we'll find something made from better quality cotton closer to home.

Epic fail. Scratchy, plastic feeling sheets. Nothing like the quality sheets that can last 10+ years. Maybe some people like sleeping between two plastic table clothes but it is not for me. Sad.

Sheets had a very strange waxy feel to them. Washed and dried the sheets and the lint in the drier screen was nothing like I have seen before. Really strange texture.what have the sheets been treated with? Also, the fitted sheet was not fitted. way too wide for the bed. Returned to local store with no issue.
