Keeps us cool and happy.

My old L L Bean sheets had to be retired after many years. The new ones are even better. They are a little bigger, the fabric just as nice, and there are tags sewn in showing the long and short sides of the fitted sheet. That is a great idea.

Took me a bit to buy these. Won't buy any others going forward. Unless you change them. Don't change them, Beans.

My husband sleeps hot and I sleep cold, so we struggle finding sheets we like. I don't want to buy sheets that are too thin because I feel like the fabric weakens to the point of shredding. I also don't want see through sheets! These sheets have been great so far (had them a month). They wash well, are a bright white, nice and long so they cover the sides of our bed. My husband doesn't get hot and I don't get cold. They're meeting expectations! I love the quality of the fabric. That was the most pleasant surprise.

Love LL Bean products. Great quality, very comfortable and long lasting. Use these for our summer guests visiting at the coast.

Getting used to a different type of bed sheets after using flannel bed sheets. Great for summer time.

These sheets are very comfortable and a perfect fit. We followed another reviewer's suggestions re four washings before use with baking soda and vinegar, and a final washing with a little detergent. The sheets came out great, very soft, very comfortable, could not have been any better. However, we did not try a control with the 2nd set we'd bought (we prepped both sets the same), so don't really know how they would have been had we not done the 'super prep'. Very pleased with the purchase.

Love these sheets. They feel luxurious, not your typical see thru thin sheet. And they feel COOL! As per usual, LL Bean quality. I highly recommend.

I finally found these sheets via a Consumer Reports review where the only other sheets that were rated higher were $350 a set. I am not normally an LL Bean customer, nor was I excited at the prospect of having to spend $150 to get a decent set of sheets but these are truly outstanding. Great pocket depth on the fitted sheet, and the flat sheet is oversized in a good way. Plenty of room for tucking or pulling side to side if you toss and turn at night.

I mean you could pay a whole lot more to get similar quality satin sheets, Irish linen or Italian weaved cotton but it wouldn't be very pragmatic, who said sheets had to be buttery soft? These sheets are beautifully crisp feeling, they regulate heat better than any sheet Iv owned ever, and I feel I can trust their life will be long due to so many reddit posts and the fact that l.l.bean is a pretty ethical company to begin with, the only regret I have is agonizing over the purchase for so long.. like seriously, buy these sheets, you've arrived here because you took your time, now reward yourself.

Well made luxurious feeling. We've gotten a lot of sheets at discount outlets etc. through the years and we appreciate the difference with this high-quality product. The old saying "you get what you pay for "holds true in this case!

My wife and I both love the feel of these sheets. And, as a side note, I appreciate the fact that the fitted sheet is marked "short side" and "long side". It makes putting the sheet on much easier for a klutz like myself.

Sheets were cool, crisp, comfortable, and perfect for hot, sticky, humid, un-air-conditioned summer nights in the Upper Midwest. Washed well, hung to dry outside, look neat, felt great. Perfect.

We already have a set of LLBean flannel sheets for the wintertime that we love, so when I needed a new set of summer sheets I came back to Bean. I love the feel of a nice thin percale sheet and was not disappointed. These get softer with each wash and are crisp and cool to the touch like percale ought to be. We've only been using them a few months, but so far they have held up very well. Also really appreciate the small tags inside the fitted sheet noting which side is the long and which the short. A small but nice touch.

This is the second time I've ordered these sheets for a bed. I will never go to another brand. I sleep extremely hot and have several types/styles of sheets. These feel cool and sleep cool.

Crispy feel that I like..

I must admit I was a little hesitant to order these sheets because of what seemed to me to be a low thread count. I'm very particular about sheets and like them soft. However, I was pleasantly surprised. These sheets are soft and so comfortable. They wash up nicely and are wrinkle free. I've been raving about them since I tried them. Even recommended them to a friend who was looking for new sheets.

Very satisfied. Pretty color, deep corners, very smooth and soft. Will buy more.

First time ever writing a review online, but want to share how great these sheets are. I do agree with the other reviews just feeling them before washing in the packaging I was skeptical. After about 3 washes/weeks of use I am sold and love these sheets. Our mattress is a pretty standard size, but I have never been able to get sheets to tuck on the sides and these do. I have hated how messy the bed looked with sheets that weren't long enough to tuck on the sides.

I purchased these sheets because Consumer Reports listed them as the best, they weren't lying. They feel amazing in bed. I've purchased several sets since my first...love them so much!
