I received these sheets a couple of weeks ago, they wash beautifully, they are easy on the skin. While they are not super soft they do not scratch. I do not like super soft sheets. They king size fits our Tempurpedic matters perfectly. My only issue with the sheets is the color. I ordered silver sand which looks taupe colored on the screen, but the sheets are actually just beige. I would have preferred more of a taupe color.

I thought I would save a few dollars and purchase cheaper sheets but after two washes the less expensive sheets started to pile. I have washed these sheets a couple of times and they are smooth and wonderful as the day I purchased them. I will be purchasing a second set in the near future. I appreciate knowing that the products I purchase from LL Bean are top quality.

We have LLBean flannel sheets and love them but we needed something for the changing warmer weather. I bought the Pima Cotton Percale sheets and they are great. They washed well so I had nice soft, no pillage sheets. What I really liked is that the fitted sheet actually fits the corners and a little under the mattress so no coming off. It also made it so I didn't need to ask one of my kids to hold down a corner while I pulled the sheets over another corner. I was able to get the job done quickly.

Like sleeping on a cloud. Very generous in size-easy to put sheets on a thick mattress. These are the only sheets I will buy from now on.

It has taken me years to realize that the percale sheets are the ones I want. They are crisp, cool, and sturdy. They are not too soft or too sticky or too pretentious. They last and last, getting a bit softer and more comfortable over time with each wash. These sheets are new. They are starting off well. After two washes they are as I would have expected. They are good. I would expect no less from LL Bean. They were not the cheapest percale sheets I could have found, but I trust LL Bean and it has never disappointed.

Had a really hard time finding sheets to replace older ones that we loved and had lasted forever. Bought two different brands at another major retailer and disliked them both - wrinkled horribly, didn't like the feel, and didn't wash well. Finally I started reading about differences among the various cottons, weaves and thread counts. Realized we were looking for percale, not sateen; that higher thread count didn't necessarily mean better; how to better wash/dry sheets; etc. Purchased these sheets and we love them! They have a crisp, cool yet soft feel, and they wash/dry nicely with a few but not too many wrinkles. While I still think they cost too much, I combined two coupons from LLBean and purchased for just under $100. Just received some additional coupons and am getting ready to purchase another set.

I needed deeper sheets for my new mattress (15+" high) and these fit perfectly. They feel wonderful and I think they'll wear well, being from LL Bean. I ordered another pair in another color and wish that there were more colors to choose from--cranberry, forest green, soft green, pale pink, lavender, etc.

Hate spending Money on sheets but with the 25% off these are so worth the money. Very comfortable and cozy

These wonderful sheets are just plain good old simple sheets. They fit my mattress well and are very comfortable to sleep on, a new favorite! Excellent quality at an affordable price.

So, I just discovered the magic of percale. Always had percal as a child but didn't know it until now. I have purchased many sheet sets containing various cottons and thread count only to find 'this isn't the feel I am looking for!'. Now I get it! Someone told me the magic word was 'percale'. I took a chance on this set, particularly with a @5% off sale going on and now sorry I didn't purchase two sets! Lovely. Crisp; just what I had been longing for in a sheet. Light. Lays on the bed so comfortably. Extra long top sheet, yeah! Attractive finish to top of bed sheet hem. A good fit pillow case for queen size pillow. I do have a 3" topper on my mattress requiring extra deep pockets in the fitted sheet; whereas the corners are tight and secure, the sides, right in the middle between the head and foot of the mattress, do not reach under. But after two nights, the fitted sheet hasn't moved, sitting snuggly on the bed. It doesn't matter to me that the fitted sheet doesn't cover the entire mattress, its the corners that are more important for a good fit. I did wash before using and they came out of the dryer looking pretty good. I love the feel against my skin and looking forward to a hot summer night to test the breatheability. I doubt I will be disappointed.

I have used LL Bean percale sheets for years, and recently purchased another pima cotton percale set. Cool and crisp, just like I expected. As a fan of percale, these did not disappoint.

These sheets are well made. They feel almost silky. Our mattress is not as deep as the pockets in the fitted sheet. They gape a little, but we never miss a wink.

These are beautiful sheets, comfortable, easy to use and they wash and dry perfectly. The material is smooth and soft against your skin. The fitted bottom sheet can easily be put on my king-size mattress with no pulling or tugging. The top sheet is generous in size both for tucking in the bottom of the bed and under a blanket with a nice overhang on the sides. It is large enough that in the summer it can easily be used as a lightweight cover. I have washed the sheets twice so far with no issues. They go from the dryer right back onto the bed. They are expensive but I expect they will last for years, as have other sheets I have bought from L. L. Bean. I consider them a good, quality investment.

I debated buying these sheets due to some of the negative reviews - but I am very glad that I ultimately did. The sheets are very nice, being soft and breathable after just one wash. They feel durable too, important to me since they are replacing a $150 set from a department store that only lasted a year. I highly recommend them.

I rarely review items I purchase, but these sheets are the exception. As a woman in her 50's, I was having problems keeping cool as I slept. I researched sheets which kept you cool and comfortable and these sheets came up time after time. I have to say that the research was VERY accurate. I LOVE these sheets. I'm buying a second set.

We had never bought bed linens from Bean before, but did so on a friend's recommendation. We are pleased with the color, fit and quality of the fabric, and will order more soon.

I'm very, very picky about my sheets ! I had bought what I thought were awesome sheets from another place until I purchased these. These are by far the best sheets ever !!!!
