Ok. I was skeptical. But pleasantly surprised. The reviews on line that LLBean had the best sheets is down right accurate. Even after washing they held up. Delighted with this purchase.

I really like this sheet set especially the deep pockets and the way it fits on my bed. so much better than all my other sheets. I also like the way these sheets feel next to my skin. The only thing negative, I wish they were a little more smooth looking.I love the press or iron look. Once I put them on my bed I did not care that much

I've been looking for percale sheets that were as close to the ones I used to buy during the early years of my marriage (58 years ago). I finally did some in depth research to aid me in my quest. I gained a lot of info which I used to find the perfect (OLD) sheets. First of all, if you're looking for good percale sheets, expect to PAY FOR THEM. After a great deal of internet searching, I finally found L.L. Bean. All my efforts paid off. These sheets are PERFECT, First, they FEEL like true percale sheets. There's a cool crispness to them. If you're looking for soft sheets that have no body to them, you will not be happy with these. Second, they wash beautifully. Since they aren't no-iron, I hung them to dry. Then I put them into the dryer along with a load of wet clothes. They came out perfect. They are so exact, all the corners meet perfectly when you fold them, making a difficult job so much easier. I do not need to even think of ironing them. They even labeled the fitted sheet, long side and short side, no more guessing when putting them on. Third, even though the price at L.L.Bean was more than I wanted to pay, it was more than reasonable compared to others I saw, so I didn't hesitate. Fourth, My husband noticed them the minute he got into bed when I put them on for the first time. PERFECT PERCALE AT LAST!

This is my second set of these sheets. Beautiful fabric, does require a little touch-up ironing if you don't want wrinkles in your pillowcases. I bought the cream color and it is very nice. The top sheet is quite wide and does hang a little below my LLBean quilt, but that is okay. Good purchase.

We purchased one set of these sheets in March. They performed so well (although we do not yet know how they will do over months of use) that we purchased three more. They are not cheap, but they are comfortable, sized correctly, and appear to wear like iron so far! We would buy these again.

This is my third set of this sheet and the quality continues to be super. Washes up great and not wrinkly.

Love love these sheets and worth spending a bit more on good quality sheets. I would definitely recommend these sheets!

We bought these as our "summer sheets" and so far we really like them! They wash really well and they are the perfect weight for summer.

These are the best sheets I have ever purchased, the feel, coolness, and fit are just about perfect. Other reviews complained about wrinkles, I have percale sheets form other retailers and they wrinkle and crease a lot. I just iron the top end the sheets and the pillowcases not too much work...or so I thought. The LLBean's do not wrinkle much at all and compared to other retailers nothing at all. I will definitely buy more and recommend to others. Cool, crisp but still soft.

Simply wonderful summer shoots, beautiful silk smooth, soft texture, amazingly cooling. As I reluctantly give up my beloved Bean flannel sheets for summer, these made it all all right. I got the lovely yellow color.

These sheets are soft and smooth, and are substantial enough to feel crisp. They fit beautifully and stay tucked in. Picot stitching on the flat sheet is a pretty touch. The little, sewn-in labels for short and long sides on the fitted sheet are pure genius.

Quality long lasting. Good price.

My mom always had the best sheets. I didn't have a decent set until I bought these. They are beautiful, soft, and appear to have substance, unlike cheap polyester sheets. I couldn't be happier with them. By the way, I chose them because they were ranked #1 by the New York Times Wirecutter.

I was looking to update my bedding and wanted something I haven't had in many years--white sheets. I wanted something cool for the warmer months, something easy to care for (no ironing), and something crisp yet soothing to the touch. These pima cotton percale sheets do all that! Yay! I love how they came out of the dryer ready for the bed. I did gently iron the pillowcases to give them a smarter appearance, but they could have passed without it. The queen size fits my mattress perfectly. Time will tell how they hold up, but as of now, I am very well pleased.

I've been very pleased with these percale cotton sheets. I love my LL Bean flannel sheets for fall, winter, and spring, but this year I knew I needed something cooler for summer (hot flashes!). These percale sheets are cool and refreshing all night long. They're soft and light, just what I was looking for.

I was very hesitant to order these, but so thankful I did. .....they are wonderful! They are soft and very comfortable.

This is my first time trying these sheets. I prefer a crisp, cool sheet and this is it! The fit is perfect. The queen top sheet has a more generous drop on each side than most. When you slip into these sheets, it is off to sleep and sweet dreams. My "go to" from now on!
