Quality fabric, comfortable, seem to become softer and smoother with each wash.

The sheets are wonderful and wash well. Bean has just introduced California king size sheets and I'm hoping they follow through with blankets of the same size

We purchased because of the high rating, and we're not disappointed. Now, how about some better colors?

I actually scored this sheet set on a rarity--a sale at my local store. I'd been coveting them for a while, so I was happy to get them. Since they're still new, they're crisp rather than soft, but they still feel luxurious. I also appreciate that tags designate which is the short side and which is the long so I'm not getting tangled up trying to figure that out.

I have been buying these percale sheets from LL Bean for years. I love their crisp quality. They was well and wear like iron.

My favorite sheets of all time - I love the cool crispness of these sheets. They last many years of weekly washing, they are quality all the way. I've recommended these sheets to several people who bought them and they also love them. It's a real pleasure to have these very nice and special sheets.

Soft, no iron and they come out of the dryer perfectly. They cost a lot, but are SO worth it. You won't be sorry.

Our sateen sheets are lovely most of the year but feel more like blankets on hot summer nights. I put off trying percale and so glad I finally got them. The fabric is soft, light, and breathable. Definitely slept better with them!

These are well made with great material, a well designed fitted sheet, and easy care.

I read a review of these sheets in the NYTimes and on that recommendation I ordered one set. I have been sleeping in these sheets ever since and I find them very comfortable. I will need to wash them before I can give a total assessment. In any case, so far I am very pleased.

Purchased set of king sheets based on review from Consumer Reports and I really like them. They have elastic around the edges which helps keep them in place. They seams to be stitched well and the material is soft. I highly recommend these sheets.

The first night these sheets were fairly rough/scratchy but as I've read that high quality sheets get better over time I decided to give them some time. After a week or so the fibers had been worked enough that the sheets had become soft and after the second washing these are extremely soft and comfortable. They are also light and breathable which is great as I'm a warm sleeper. They do not hug the body tightly if you get a claustrophobic feeling from sheets that drape the body. On the other hand if you like that swaddled feeling, these may not be for you. Great sheets after a week of break-in and second washing and I would definitely buy again! As this is long staple cotton they should also last a long time without pilling, shrinking, or stretching which is an added bonus.

I have ordered two sets of these sheets. They are well-made, generously sized and last longer than any other sheets I have found. I highly recommended them.

I am happy with the quality of the sheet set I purchased and was amazed at the speed of delivery.
