I love these sheets! I've ordered several sets in full and queen and have been happy with all of them. They are my go-to sheets: crisp, yet soft and comfortable. And they wear well through many washings.

Very happy with my purchase. I bought the sheets for the guest room. Now, I want some for the master bedroom. Went on very easily and like the blue color.

The fabric feels different from other percales I have tried so was unsure. Definitely a cooler sleep which I have been looking for. Laundered fabulously. Highly recommended! Only critique is no label as to top/bottom as now seeing on other brands.

Wirecutter's review of these sheets, which is what caught my attention, described them well: soft, tightly-woven Pima cotton; generously measured. It was suggested there that this firmness of make and cotton lent a slight "roughness" to the feel against the skin. Quite the opposite. Soft, out of the package and only will get more so with washing. Note: I have a platform bed with one, firm mattress, so the bottom sheet is cut more for the style of an especially thick mattress and the top sheet almost touches the floor on the sides. I suspect unless you want to have custom-made sheets, this is what the market offers (unfortunately, in my view).

These sheets are soft, wash beautifully, and are the right size so that there is enough to tuck under at the bottom and sides. Also love the pillow cases which are fully stitched and not the annoying "envelope" style that some other sheets have.

Very good, but the smooth, with a somewhat slippery/silky quality. To me, this was more like a not really 100% cotton sheet, compared to my past experience with other brands including other top NYT Wirecutter recommendations, as well as Casper and Wamsutta sheets. Perhaps it's just a finer weave. Anyway, the LL Beans sheets been through a few washes. They still look and feel good. Compared to the other brands they are not so prone to wrinkling. I always air dry the sheets and flatten them out which helps, but another high quality Portuguese made cotton sheet wrinkled so badly that those had to be returned. Another very good selling point is that the top/flat sheet is a few inches larger than many brands. The bottom sheet is also "deep", made for one of those mile high pillow top mattresses. Fortunately, it still stays well secured for our Casper mattress. The pillow cases are also decent and generously sized, the worst I ever got were from Blu Dot - they were so small they barely fit a very average sized pillow. So, all in all, these LL Bean sheets are a good thing. I'd buy it again.

Don't let the thread count deter you. These sheets are smooth and comfortable! I've converted everyone in my family, and now we all use LL Bean Pima percale.

I don't know how they did it, but these percale sheets stay cool all the time. Something with the thread perhaps. Whatever they did, it works. And I take sheets seriously. Can't recommend them enough.

I was skeptical about these sheets but Consumer Reports gave them a very high rating and the price was right so I decided to give them a try. Very glad I did. The sheets are so soft and wash beautifully. I have sheets with much higher thread counts that are not as nice as these.

Unlike some sheets, these are generously wide so the drop down at the sides is long. This means there is plenty to tuck in if you wish, and also there is plenty of sheet area for the two occupants of the bed.
