I kept this jacket. I get on a cargo bike in the morning to pedal with kids to school. I liked my fleece but the wind would cut right through me. I wanted something that kept the torso warm but allowed for evap on back and sleeves. It does just that. Stylish. The only thing i don't like is the small nipples created by the folding/creasing of the insulated front where it meets the sleeves in certain positions... but I think that's just due to the fact that it's not custom sized. Sleeves are long, have thumb holes. This has a smart look to it, which I like. I'll be using this for my hikes in colder weather, but it does the job on the bike just fine. Keep in mind my rides are 2-3 city blocks and this isn't meant for extended duration cycling.

love this jacket but have had issues with the zipper sticking from day one.

I really love it! I've only had one problem. One day saw something on the floor, and it was one of the pulls from the end of the zipper of one of the side pockets. I picked it up and threaded it back through the hole in the zipper. Two or three days later, I noticed that it was missing from the zipper. I don't hold any hope of finding it. For the price, I would think that that would not happen. Otherwise, I love my Smartloft Jacket as I have all other Smartwool products that I have owned. Can the zipper pull he replaced with the warranty?

The jacket is great and very comfortable. I felt the jacket could be a little longer

Tried it on. Will be returning. Arms are long and skinny, body is too boxy for me. Skinny, fleecy arms also make it hard to put on over a long sleeve shirt without oulling the cuffs up to your elbows.

It's nice but too short made for small people
