arm length is great, but way to short in length for a child's jacket.

I usually ALWAYS love the North Face brand for my grandchildren, and have bought several over the years. AlI previous jackets have held up tremendously well. I ordered this jacket for Christmas, but then did not end up seeing my grand-daughter until the end of January. The arms were way too long, and the body narrow in comparison. So, setting that aside, the WORST part is that it does not come clean when you wash it. Dirt and stains g that will not come out. The fabric acts like a wick that does not release them. So disappointing because it looks like it has never been washed when it is WEEKLY at least. I knew it was a lighter color, but have purchased them before via North Face (light blue) and did not have the same issue. I will not be buying another North Face jacket needless to say because of this. Neither will my grand daughter be wearing one that looks unfortunately perpetually dirty.
