I use these all the time during winter to keep my ears warm during a jog. The fit is just right over earbuds, not too tight. If you dislike tight fitting beanie hats, try one of these instead.

I live in Massachusetts and I love these headbands. I use them for winter hiking especially in New Hampshire. They keep my head warm but I don't over sweat. I can't really wear hats because I produce way to much body heat heat for them.

I just bought my 3rd and 4th headband. My partner and I run in these all winter they are warm without causing us to over heat and comfortably fit over our shokz.
