I have high arches and these cause blisters on the top of my foot at first. Besides that, I love them. I hope as I wear them intermittently over time, they'll stretch and soften.

Nicely made and the length was fine but they were really wide and made my foot look huge.

The leather is lovely and good support but if you have long toes, this shoe is not for you. There is very little room in the toe area. I had to send them back.

I walked right out of these shoes. Nice quality and color, but the fit was off and they wouldn't stay on my feet.

The shoes are easy on and easy off, and comfortable. I got a size larger because I was unsure of fit, and because I'm a half-size and because I want to wear socks with them. The larger size was the smart thing to do, but they do flop just a little bit sometimes, depending on the thickness of the socks. I like them and wear them frequently. They're my casual "go-to" shoes.

Need size 9.5 - can't keep them on. Even the orthopedic portion doesn't fit correctly.

They are very wide and fall off my foot unless I'm wearing socks. Should have sent them back.

I bought these a few months ago, thinking they'd be nice casual walkabout shoes. The construction looked good, the fit seemed fine at first, and they were actually comfortable as long as I was standing still or sitting. But after wearing them a few times they are so uncomfortable! They're stiff, and one shoe tends to slip around and easily come off when I'm walking. They actually make my feet hurt. Very disappointing.

I wasn't able to wear the shoes. They were not comfortable on my feet. I had to return them.

Beautiful shoes for a narrow foot. I found it to be okay in the length but not comfortable in the width. I had to return them.

I got these for Christmas in 2022, it's now May 2023 and the sole is coming apart from the shoe. This shoe costs too much to fall apart so quickly.

Nice shoes, but they were too tight. Won't purchase from site again because I had to pay to return when they didn't fit. No store locally.

Sorry I had to return these. The leather was nice but for my feet I thought they were uncomfortable, hard not soft enough.

Shoe was attractive and I wanted them to work. However I wore them one day and by the end of the day my legs and knees ached. They are more like a slipper in terms of not much support even though they have a decent arch. Very disappointed!

Not comfortable at all. Not enough arch support. Feels extremely flat and narrow.

Typical stiffness as a new shoe. Time will tell about comfort.

Insole is soft leather and feels smooth underfoot. Lovely color grey. Not squishy nor very comfy. Style makes my feet appear much larger than their actual size 8 which i don't particularly like. They are too heavy. I cannot recommend. A regretful purchase. The search continues for fab slippers .

I love the look of these, and I also liked the arch support. However, there is an inside seam midway down the clog that rubs, in my case, on the inside of the arch on both feet. I wear half socks with shoes like these, and the half socks don't go far enough down (they'd be visible if they did). Really bummed these did not work for me. I only tried them inside my house, and the rubbing was driving me crazy within the first few steps, so I've returned them.

Like several of the reviews I read prior to purchasing, these shoes shot right off my feet when I walked. They just wouldn't stay on. I should have listened. I'm in the process of returning. I love L.L. Bean clothing; this will be my first return.
