The fit was a tiny bit larger than my shoe but once inserted and worked in the fit adjusted to shoe. Super comfy, the gel gives the feel of walking on clouds.

These insoles are perfect for a long days work. I'm definitely satisfied with the choice I made. Which was not an easy choice, I have used insoles for years now in all types of different shoes, mostly for work, and I've always had a hard time picking out the right insoles. They would only help certain areas of my foot but these are great in every area including the arch and the heel which matters the most to me when it comes to standing all day working 10 hour shifts. These by far are 1 of the greatest insoles I have ever picked out in my entire career. I highly recommend.

I had to cut them a little but they are soft I wear them for 10 hours a day with no pain getting in and out of a truck constantly they’re definitely recommend
