I was expecting to be happier with these shoes. Thing is that they don't age gracefully. There are creases pretty much on the entire shoe and the main reason for that is because of the shaft design that is straighter than the natural curve of the ankle. As soon as you wear them and without walking, the shaft bends forward and creases. This also makes walking uncomfortable with the edge of the shaft pressing against your skin. I saw that from the beginning but they were so stylish I really wanted to keep them. The leather seems and feels of good quality though. Anyway, not so bad overall but for the money I would not recommend.

These are far more red in person than pictured—it made them not work for my intended purpose but they are a very pretty shoe. The picture makes them appear to curve back oddly but the shaft is pretty straight.

Love these boots so much! The leather is high quality and they are surprisingly comfortable. I have a slightly wide foot, and sometimes pointed toes can make shoes too narrow, but that’s not the case with these. Also, the top of the shaft is soft enough that it is comfortable where it meets my lower leg when I’m walking. I ordered half a size down from my normal size, based on other reviews, and it worked great.

Great bootie. Stylish, perfect height and color.

These are beautiful boots and very comfortable. It’s been awhile since I’ve worn heels so I was a little worried about them being too high, but they weren’t for me. I have several Schutz shoes, they are one of my favorite brands, sizing is always consistent for me. For the first time these are way too big all around. They do have a pointed toe, usually this makes shoes a little tight until you break them in. Not the case with these. I have a very narrow foot and wear a 6.5 some brands a 5.5. These are too wide and my foot slides in the heel. I’m going to exchange for a 5.5 and see if they are a better fit.

Too big and clunky, it's felt cheap

after gentle/moderate wear for one year the heel broke completely off boot and zappos would not offer refund/exchange. took to shoe repair and it was not fixable...
