This is such a fun set! My daughter puts the candles on and sings happy bithday. She loves the cupcakes best, I think she will get in to decorating the cake more when shes a little older (2yrs). Also Comes with a cute tote to hold all the peices.

Wonderful 1st Birthday gift that was Blue's Clues themed. Big brother even helped show his sister how to play with it. When the package arrived early, older brother was so excited. It was not easy for him to wait for the birthday party. Well made and very nice.

My kids really love this Blues Clues & You Melissa and Doug wooden birthday party set (38 pieces). They let their imaginations run wild and making parties for their dolls and stuffed animals and occasionally each other and also like to invite their friends to play with them. There is plenty of pieces so they can all play and be involved. This is a great set that will last probably many more kids than mine. This birthday party play set is another winner. Large, heavy, and sturdy, this one will keep your kids busy for hours of imaginative play. It's absolutely fantastic. Many creative pieces, tremendous play potential. I highly recommend it!

I absolutely love Melissa & Dougs "Blue's Clues Birthday Party Playset". This has to be one of the most creative toys I have seen for my kids who are 6 and 4 years old. (Boy and Girl). They both loved it! The idea of having Velcro cupcakes and cakes was perfect to allow each of them to play and take turns designing their pastry's! Using the tool and braided thread was brilliant for icing! I totally enjoyed watching and playing with my kids with this playset and highly recommend this to anyone!

My kids carry this around with them all the time!! They absolutely love it!!! They haven't played with a toy like this in a long time!! Great job guys I give this 5 stars

My boys love this new toy set . It's good quality made, bold colors. Easy to play with. My boys love this toy always playing with the birthday set being creative making different designs on cake. Great for imagination game.

Our boys, 5 and 2 years old, have thoroughly enjoyed this set. It comes with so many great quality pieces, allowing for a variety of play options! I do wish the cupcake liners were not just paper material because they are easily damaged. I also wish it came with a better way to store everything. Overall, I definitely recommend this toy!

Absolutely loved this set and so did my daughter! Super cute birthday party set, with lots of attention to detail. We sat around and played for hours with this set. Love that it is wooden!

Blue Clues Birthday Party Playset has been an absolute hit at my house! My kids are ages 3, 5, and 7. Each kid has had so much fun with this playset (and even fought over a little). It's very well made with a sturdy wood. The paint is smooth and glossy and does not chip easily. All pieces are sized in a way to ensure little hands can grab them with ease. Most pieces Velcro together and each topping Velcro's down so that your design stays in place no matter how you choose to decorate. The kids are able to pick up the cake and sing happy birthday without everything falling apart and this is super important to ensure no meltdowns. I love how it comes with a bag so afterwards you can pack everything up and put it away. Doesn't take up a lot of room and very versatile in ways to play. It's a 10/10 for me. Highly recommend!

We have all the family celebrations at our house. We're always having a party for this or that. In fact, my grandkids show up expecting a party most visits now. That made this set perfect for us. I told them it was Blue's birthday and they were excited right away. We had real treats while we played and that made it even more fun. They really enjoyed this party set. It's made well, like all Doug and Melissa toys. You decorate with strings, something I would never think of. They loved it. It includes everything you need to decorate/serve cupcakes and a cake. You even get pretend sprinkles. When you're finished, there's an adorable bag to store everything in, a big plus in grandma's book. We had a lot of fun at our party. I'm sure you and your bunch will too.

My daughter's birthday was last week and she had so much fun with this play set. It's super easy and fun to play with. It's pretend play but it looks very cute and makes like real birthday party for the kids. She plays everyday.

My 6 year old is so unbelievably happy with this Blue's Clues and You Birthday Party Set. It came with so much stuff and even have the cutest cloth reusable bag for everything. It came with wooden cake pieces in 4 equal parts, 2 cupcakes, cupcake paper holders, a cupcake tray, a cake tray, a wooden spatula, 4 wooden candles, strings for decor like frosting and 8 wood round pieces for decor and a place mat. It also came with a Birthday card type book with directions and a game card. So much in this set. She has been playing for an hour with it. It all has velcro on it to hold the pieces together and attach the candles and decor pieces to the cake and cupcakes. She seriously loves it. She also is a big fan of Blue's Clues. This is the best set ever. So fun and so cute. Definitely Definitely recommend. We did get to try this for free but the opinions here are based on our own experiences.

I originally didn't think my 8 year old daughter would like this, but when my 4 year old started playing with it my oldest joined right in and started making me a birthday cake. This set is actually a lot cooler than I was expecting it to be. It really does a good job letting them be creative and promotes imaginative play while also giving them some cool ways to play. They most loved the loose string that sticks to the top of cake and cupcakes. Definitely great for fine motor skills, creative thinking and promotes a bunch of other good skills. Really great toy, my 18 month old will love too once she gets a bit older. It's well made, has a good amount of different pieces and is great for any gender. I really can't think of any complaints about it. I would definitely buy this toy and recommend it. I received this complimentary from bzzagent in exchange for my honest opinion.

This Blue's Clues & You Birthday Party Play Set is solid and very detailed featuring brightly colored items plus images of Blue, Josh and Magenta! This play set comes with a whopping 38 pieces but don't worry about clean up and missing pieces, it also comes with a tote for storage! Kids can throw the ultimate birthday party for themselves, their friends or their stuffed toys - everything they need is there, candles and all. I really like the "icing" cords and piping tool, this not only helps with fine motor skills but also allows children to peel the string off of the velcro and make the party a little different each time they play with it. The Blues Clues & You - Birthday Party Play Set is perfect for toddlers and preschoolers who not only love Blue but also love birthdays!

All of the kids, ages 4, 6 and almost 7 enjoyed playing with this set! It has so many options included for decorating the cake and cupcakes. Everything is well made and durable. The kids pretended they were the customer and shop owner. I love that it promotes role-playing. The icing (laces) stick to the velcro on the cakes which is so smart! I appreciate that it comes with a tote bag too so I can put everything inside when they are done playing. I would reccomend this to others. Not a lot of toys can keep their attention for as long.

This is a great pretend play set for multiple ages! My 1 year old like to play with it as well as my 4 year old! The icing cords are such a perfect thing to make this toy great for older kids to use their imagination! The quality of all the items in the set is wonderful and it is clear this will last a long time!

My child is at the age where he loves to pretend play. This couldn't have come a better time. He loves Blues Clues so I knew he'd love it.

My girls had a great time playing with this set! So many fun accessories, so many ways to play. Imaginary play is their favorite! I love that it came with a storage/ shopping bag, a variety of accessories, a storage box for all the small pieces. The only parts I would change about this set are the paper parts: the cupcake wrappers and the placemat. The cupcake wrappers arrived crumbled (expected when packaged with sturdy wood toys) and I can see the placemat not lasting long with lots of play. It would have also been nice to receive 2 placemats for multiple kids play. Overall this is a sturdy, brightly colored, fun collection that makes any imaginary play more fun.
