These shoes were true to size, but had no sole support. They felt more like a slipper. Not flattering to my feet al all: gave a foot a distorted look. New Balance has always been a trusted brand for me, but I cannot recommend these. They will be returned.

This fit great. Gave me the cushioning I needed without extreme arch support. The stretchy material worked for my hammertoe and extra long toes. All good, right? BUT the material itself was scratchy and irritating. Both the insole and the inside of the shoe. I couldn’t wear these with bare feet so had to return. Very disappointing.

nice shoe but the lip on the back cuts into your heel and it is very painful and irritating causing a sore, blister etc... I had to return. a true clog to me is just easy slip on and off, with the slight lip makes it difficult because the lip is low and really does nothing but irritate the heel of your foot.

they fit , the arch support is in the right place and they are super comfortable. I think I will enjoy them . They are very light weight, so you don't feel like you are lugging them around. I ordered two sizes and kept the larger. Reason for that is if I ever want to wear socks I will be able to. the only problem I see is the little lip at the end of shoe where your heel goes. it is very annoying as it really doesn't do what I think it is supposed to do. so I may wind up cutting it off, we will see how it goes. if it gets too annoying, it is gone.

Cute shoe but very cheaply made and absolutely no support at all. It was slightly short on length.

Not enough room in toe box. Fit unlike my other NBs of same size.

I was surprised that these were roomy. My other NB nergize shoes were a size too small. I wanted to keep the new shoes but they looked clunky, clown shoes on me. The price was too high for the looks of them.

No arch support

Cute shoes and comfortable. Also lightweight. They have a shallow lip in the back. They’re just a little too short for me, not enough to warrant a larger size. But they’d be perfect otherwise.

Great around the house slip-ons

Using the flip strap and removing the inner sole, I was able to put my orthodontics in the shoe and they stayed put. Love them so much I bought both colors…lightweight, perfect for Florida

Cute and comfy to wear for casual. Not an athletic shoe

Shoe fits small and narrow. I am typically a perfect fit for size 12, but not this time

This shoe looked from the top like it had been worn! It was really a size to wide. First shoe I have ordered from Zappo's I was disappointed in. Just got them to slip on for short errands but could not keep on my feet besides them looking as if they had been worn. Actually New Balance is the shoe I wear and like best but this one was a dud.
