The soles of these shoes are way too hard, they never soften up and have no grip. If you're walking on a hard surface, you will slide in fall. Very careful while walking.

These are sold as work boots - only used for daily walking/not work wear. Less than 5 moths after purchase, the Goodyear rubber soles are wearing through and cracked allowing water to permeate the sole.

I live in northern Maine. I bought these for daily wear as I am in sales and like to be comfy while protecting my feet. These boots were sized small and eyelets pulled out after about the 4th time wearing. I then ordered slip on shoes from Sketchers and the sole seperated in under a month. Not sure what the hype is about. Sketchers are a low quality product.
