Customer Reviews New Balance Fresh Foam X 880v12 GTX

I have been wearing size 12 standard width women's 880's for years, and they have been the perfect fit. However, as many previous reviews state these were a whole size too small and i had to go up to size 13. This is worrying because that is the largest size, and not all the 880's or other styles go up to that size. I hope new balance reads this review and returns to the original sizing and manufacturing of these shoes as i rely on them so much. I use orthotics due to surgeries and need these shoes to walk pain free. The reviews here show how much repeat business new balance has from loyal customers including myself and i sincerely hope the sizing issues are addressed by the company soon.

I have purchased multiple of the 880 and was looking to replace my current pair when I purchased this pair with the gore Tex. I bought the same size as normal but these were too tight and my left foot almost feels like it can't lay flat in the shoe. I was uncomfortable within 5 minutes of putting the shoe on and thought maybe it was just in my head so I wore them for a few hours and just could not get comfortable. Every time I've tried since then has been the same.
