The style of these shoes is fantastic, perfect. Unfortunately it's not as comfortable as the 880. Not even close. It's a significant down turn from the comfort of the 880.

Looks like a good shoe, but it was not supportive enough for my aging feet.

The right foot is not cut right.

Felt too tight

The shoes were not comfortable on me. The padding felt awkward.

Size fit smaller than size I use and too tight from sides. Love the style but I need a bit bigger size and wide.

The color isn’t as dark as it shows in the picture

The shoe fits well, the material is light in weight however the arch is relatively high and caused very discomfort. I ended up returning.

Sneakers were too big for me. Will try another size or style. I was looking for a pair of New Balance sneakers to replace the NB 1080 Fresh Foam that I have had for awhile. Could not find, probably no longer made.

The shrunk they feel a half to a whole size smaller than the last pair. I ordered a few weeks ago.

Fit and style great but the elastic band on the inside has separated and threads broken. Only worn maybe 2 dozen times.

Heal is narrow/ has a weird bump: I got these to replace my beloved 840s and initially they were fine but I developed blisters (on callouses) along my inner heals after a week walking in Europe in April and I can still see where the blisters where (it’s end or August)

This is by far the most disappointing set of NBs I have ever ordered. I have been wearing NBs for more than 20 years, including multiple generations of 860s. Not only the fit was sub-par, but the quality of the materials is subpar. Part of the fabric surrounding the toe box is so stiff that makes a cracking noise at every step and bends stiffly against the base of my big toe. The best thing about these shoes is the pair of Hokas that came in the same order

Toe box on the wide is much narrower than on the V12. Why did New Balance have a wreck a good thing.

The shoes fit fine. They shoes squeak each time I wear them it is ridiculous. I can’t want I’m these shoes without making a bunch of noise. Do not like them!!!

The shoe that was shipped is not the shoe in the picture.

Good fit. Terrible sole foam - broke in one month

Zappos sent the wrong size. I ordered a women's 9.5 wide and was sent a men's 9.5 EE which is a women's 11. Fit was all wrong.

Hard as a rock cushion. At least a half size too small and AGAIN NOT 2E width! New Balance is turning into complete garbage

It was too heavy and bulky. It had cushioning on the top that added unnecessary weight I could feel with every step. I wish I could get the New Balance running shoes I bought last time, the running shoe industry is constantly changing it's product to remain competitive. Understandable to a degree, but it makes it difficult for someone who has found running shoes with which he/she feel comfortable to continue to get that product.

I am a life long New Balance customer. This is the first pair I have ever had that I don't like. This pair of shoes have broke down within a month. The sole on my right shoe is half as thick as the left. No support would not recommend this shoe to anyone.

I was hoping to find a neutral shoe with a round toe box, these in fact are tapered and pushed in against my big toe. I could tell after a while it was not in the least bit comfortable. I'm so disappointed in NB they were my go-to shoes for my custom orthotics. The last pair that was great was the NB 840 V 4 which was a fantastic shoe that they have discontinued. WHY? And the stitching on the shoe is strange and unnecessary. There is also a netting inside the sides of the shoes. And the name logo on the side of the tongue of the shoe. Was this a bad batch?
